Sunglass Hut

Service could of been better. I felt the sales girl was a bit rude. She kind of ignored my boyfriend and I which was ok because I don’t really like to be bothered while shopping. I decided to buy another pair of Ray Bans. The ones I chose were a $ 220 polarized with a delicate frame. There was nothing visibly wrong with the glasses but when I asked if I could have a new pair (not the display) she seemed irritated and hesitant to oblige me saying «we usually just sell the ones that are out» ummm ok. I expect when you’re buying something you should get a new pair, especially when you’re buying one of the most expensive the brand makes. She half heartedly checked a stock drawer and told me it was the last pair. I didn’t believe her but whatever. She then said «here let me clean them so you can see there’s nothing wrong with them» with what I perceived to be a slight attitude. I don’t like writing negative reviews so I gave three stars instead of only two but I feel that maybe next time she could be a little more professional. Love my glasses btw.

I like this hut as they have a good selection of shades along with a helpful staff of one when not real busy.
Purchased a Ray Ban awhile back at non outlet prices as I paid over 300 but what can you do, my cheap 5.99 cent pair from a gas station doesn’t seem to do it’s job on really sunny days.
