Mail Depot is my favorite place to go in Petaluma for any kind of shipping, notary services and copying/faxing. Maureen and her crew are so friendly and efficient, it just doesn’t get any better. Mail Depot is a boon to the entire community.

Aside from The Petaluma Mail Depot’s dependable, full service mailing business, Petaluma loves Maureen, owner of the Mail Depot, and Maureen loves Petaluma. There’s always something special to look forward to, at The Mail Depot, bringing us together with an assortment of innovative family friendly gatherings that include ongoing local artists exhibits and receptions, «Burning Woman» with fire dancers, local musicians holiday sing-a-longs…

The owner, Maureen, is the most personable Petaluman in our town. She offers many services, has a copier, is a notary, and does shipping, with many smiles. There is no better place to go. I have gone here for over ten years. Maureen knows most of the town, and she has great advise about many things Petaluma. Going there is a fun & pleasing experience; can you say that about any other shipping places?

I find the owner to be helpful .I went in with my 89 year old father to get papers notarized and she made the process as easy as she could for him. It is so convenient to ship things and not wait at the post office line forever, Plus she is a great supporter of the arts in the community which is beautifully dis played on her walls. I always use the mail depot for all my shipping needs!

I heard that notaries help clients sign besides just stamping the documents. The woman who seemed to be the owner or in charge was the rudest person I have met in Petaluma since I moved here three months ago. I had my one year old son with me since my husband is out to sea on duty and she did nothing but give me dirty looks the whole time I was in there. I WILLNEVER return to this place even though it seemed convenient. I am pregnant and also desperately needed to get the papers signed to sell a house on the east coast. I was surprised how rude she was to me for no apparent reason. My son was behanving perfectly as I was in tears with my real estate agent in frustration because no one would help me figure out how to sign. It was also $ 10 dollars a page to notarize which is an outrageous price now that I know banks and realty companies do it for free.

I have had things notarized here and have used them to send packages or send faxes for me. They are very convenient, have plenty of parking and there is a great coffee stand right outside their door.
