These guys charge a hefty markup for UPS shipping and if you call them out on it, they threaten to increase the price for packaging? Thanks, I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Having recently moved from Seattle to Petaluma, I’ve had to do a lot of annoying moving-related paperwork, faxing, mailing, etc. This was not made any easier by the fact that I was unfamiliar with the area and had left my old printer behind. Luckily, I found the Mail Depot — it’s been a lifesaver! I’ve used it to print documents from a flash drive, make copies, buy stamps and envelopes, mail stuff, send and receive faxes… it seems like every time I’ve needed something, the Mail Depot has come through. The prices seem reasonable and they’re faster, easier, friendlier than the post office. Plus, it’s nice to support a local business.

Whenever I need to ship a package, I get it ready and take it to Maureen at the Petaluma Mail Depot. Maureen weighs it, measures it and gives me my shipping options. This is such a nice convenience and means I don’t have to stand in line at UPS or Federal Express or even the Post Office. Maureen is friendly, fun and very efficient. And, I know that if I need to make any photocopies or send out a facsimile, I can do this at the Petaluma Mail Depot as well. The Petaluma Mail Depot is one of the «best little places» in Petaluma. Keep up the good work, Maureen. I will see you again really soon.
