The first and most important thing is that they are under staffed! We couldn’t find anyone to help us and there was one employee working the cash register.
The store is stuffy, and very busy. The shoe aisles are very small, and unorganized.
There seems to be a great selection of shoes, and clothes, but it was very crowded and only one employee working, so we didn’t make any purchase.

Service from everyone except the manager was good. Waited in line for about 8 min to be skipped over, then she walks away from register in which odel (vans employee) comes to the front. Nice dude stated I was next before I could (preciate that). Go to register belt doesn’t have price so wait for that,
Manager lady or whoever she was. Appeared to be in charge.
Just a rude chick.
She was even rude to other employees when they were asking for assistance. Must be a stressful job

Ended up paying the same amount of money I would have at a regular vans store. Walked out feeling like I should have went to a normal retail store.

They always have shoes on sale and specials and have a very large variety in stock. I had found sale shoes I really wanted but couldn’t find them in my size and the staff was so friendly and helpful and offered to look in the back and told me that they usually have all sizes in the back so just feel free to always ask. They had them and I walked out the door with more pairs than I originally came in for! :)
It was a very pleasant experience. I just with that the store was a little larger so they could have an area for trying shoes on that aren’t in the isle — the store can get super busy and there is a lot of traffic passing by the bench area.

Love vans shoes! Always been a big fan since I was younger. The classic slip ons are the best. Only reason I go tithe outlet is Vans and PAC Sun. Jolene the store manger is super awesome and the staff was super helpful! Great deals too!!!

I went in specifically to see if they had any of the Hello Kitty Vans on sale. (Yes, when it comes to Hello Kitty items, I turn into an excited 6 year old).
This is a small location selling mostly previous season styles along with full price shoes in the styles that don’t change (checkerboard, plain colors). They also have a small selection of clothing mostly t-​shirts from what I saw.
I found a number of the designs from the first generation of the Hello Kitty collaboration on sale for 50% off the original price, along with 50% the second shoe if you bought two pairs. I was able to buy 2 pairs for less than the price of one and won’t feel guilty that I won’t get a chance to wear them very often.
