Melt in mouth and delicious without sticking in your teeth. The dark chocolate with sea salt are my favorite, yet I’m a fan of many. They make great gifts as every time I have given some, my friends always want more. What does that tell you?

Received a generous selection of Becky’s caramels for the holidays and have to say they are outstanding! Smooth texture, great consistency, and really well balanced flavors. It’s good to get a great tasting gift. It’s even better to get a gift that you know is going to become a regular favorite. The beer and pretzel caramels are the bomb.

Though there’s «bakery» in the name there are no baked goods in the store haha. This place actually sells only caramels!
I stopped in on a Saturday, the only day the store is open, 9 – 1, to see what they carried. There are at least 8 varieties of caramels, probably more and there were samples of almost every variety to try. I ended up purchasing two boxes: the beer and pretzel and the chocolate espresso. They use lakefront brewery beer and stonecreek coffee! Which I like because it’s more «small business». The flavors are spot on.
The caramels come at a price, almost $ 10 per box! But they are really REALLY good.

Met Becky at an event last night where she was handing out free samples of her Sangria caramels.
The caramels were so Delicious, I don’t even know if I can write something that does them justice.
The first thing I noticed was how soft they were. There was no sticking to your teeth and pull jaw muscles to eat them. They simply melted in your mouth.
And, Becky herself was extremely friendly.
Also happy to hear that all of the caramel’s are gluten free, except for the beer and pretzel.
If anyone in my life has a special day coming up… you can bet you will be getting a package of Becky’s Blissful Caramels… and you better share!

Bought a Groupon for Becky’s Blissful Bakery a few weeks ago. Stopped by the other day to notice they are only open from 9am-​1pm on Saturdays or by appointment. Stopped in today to buy some caramels which is their specialty.
A tiny little place — mainly just the space to make the caramels. There were samples to try and the employees were extremely friendly.
I ended up with the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels and the Champagne Caramels. Super yum to both of them! They are soft and delicious. I will be going back for more. Quite a few more flavors to try as well.
Looking forward to the business doing well and opening up for more hours in the future.
