I stopped in here yesterday for a quick cup of tea and a mid-afternoon oatmeal. The staff is always so friendly here! A very customer service oriented staff.

I used to study Calculus here. It was a nice enviornment and the employees were very friendly. The iced chai is my favorite… drinks were as good as you would expect from any starbucks. Sometimes they can get pretty busy, leaving few seats open.

I love this Starbucks, they are ALWAYS so friendly when I come in, which is quite often! They truly seem to really enjoy their jobs and it shows in the service! I expect to wait a couple minutes for them to whip up my latte when the place is packed, but on 2 different occasions, they just gave me free coffee coupons for my «wait» which to me didn’t even seem long at all. I’ll never turn down a freebie tho! very impressive! I do wish they had a drive thru, thus the 4 stars instead of 5, but for service and quality. they get a 5 hands down!

I GOT STUCK BEHIND A LADY trying to return a decade’s supply of VIA® Instant Coffee. How did this happen I wonder? Did she buy six cases and then suddenly realize the coffee tastes like ass? The words «Starbucks» and «instant» are a sure tell.
This Pewaukee Starbucks is over twelve miles from my house so it’s definitely not my regular coffee stop. It is however close to Costco — a new cult I recently joined. There’s no drive thru so I went inside. I ordered an eight ounce Pike roast that was cool enough to drink after my three hours in Costco.
It’s full of Brookfield and Pewaukee folks so proceed with caution. Lots of uninsured motorists and McMansion owners in these parts.
