Oh Chocolate Factory how do I love thee! Subs and ice cream all in one spot! My tummy does flips thinking about what to get.

Great place to get your grub on especially for a quick bite! I go to Shorewood and Pewaukee locations and it’s all good.

Great spot on Pewaukee Lake for a sub sandwich or ice cream. A bit on the pricey side (my mini sub was almost $ 5)…BUT, everything is always delicious and it’s definitely higher quality than, say, your typical Subway stop. I love the Blackberry turkey — turkey, provolone, blackberry jam, and spicy Giardiniera. Great flavors and something different.
Soups and some daily specials round out the usual menu. You can also grab a cone here year-​round and there’s a nice variety of ice cream flavors. Enjoy the view while you’re at it, no matter the season — the Lake view is gorgeous any ol’ time!

Never disappointed when I come here (maybe once a month or so). Nice selection of sandwiches and sweets. Reasonable prices. Right across the street from the beach. The staff is super friendly and very kind to all of their customers.

There is something AMAZING about these sandwiches — I think it’s the combination of warm bread and their specially-​made sauce, plus the ice cream flavors are delicious. Add in a lovely view of the lake and this is the perfect place for lunch, dinner or just a nice treat. Prices are pretty reasonable, too, and that’s always a plus.

Our main attraction are the sub sandwiches. Fresh, warm breadrolls and great fillings. I usually order the turkey sub. If you like sub sandwiches then you will really like The Chocolate Factory. Fantastic view of Pewaukee Lake and the swimming beach during the summer.

It was chilly outside, mid-​afternoon and I wanted a tasty, not-​too-​heavy lunch. The Chocolate Factory was perfect! I’d only been here in the summertime for ice cream (great ice cream, btw). Reading my Unilocal reviews, I noted that they had good ratings, great bread and friendly service. Yes and Yes! My sub was the daily special and I enjoyed it immensely. Fresh ingredients and the bread was flavorful; soft on inside with a slightly crunchy crust. My split pea soup was creamy with small chunks of smokes ham, potato and carrots, and full of flavor without being too salty. Perfect for the chilly weather. The service was exceptional and I got to eat my lunch while looking out at the beautiful lake!

Another great experience at another Chocolate factory. Perfect subs hit the spot as always, people were nice, good ice cream, the carmel apple pie ice cream is GREAT!

Ice cream is very enjoyable, great for kids of all ages. I had to get used to paying by the weight of the ice cream and now I prefer it. One thing that could make this place better, the seating needs to be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized. Everything I touch in here is sticky.

The chocolate factory is the absolute BEST place for subs. There bread is so much better than Cousins or Subway. I always get a hot Turkey sub and it is the best sub I could ever want! My friend also enjoys the phoenix sandwich!
The ladies here are so friendly and have even come to know me by name and recognize my voice on the phone when I do call in orders for carry-​out.
Go here for lunch — you will not be disappointed!

Good ice cream on Main Street in Pewaukee. Great after a day out on the beach. They’ve got lots of flavors to choose from, the young staff is super nice, and there’s inside seating– or take your cone for a stroll!

Open on Monday! Ice cream, with a view of the lake. Nice little spot.

Their subs are great. My fav is the turkey sub ordered hot. The Phoenix is also very good.
