Amazing food so fresh… the drinks are on point and their chips and salsa free! I will come back because the staff was super friendly and the place is spotless!

This is a very nice Mexican Restaurant. we have been here many times. It is nice to have good Restaurants close to your home. We have always had great service here, weather we sit in the fully stocked bar or in the dinning room. Definitely worth a short drive to Falcon.

Fantastic atmosphere with a professional, engaged staff. Unfortunately, the food was… average at best. I might return at some point, but I wouldn’t go out of my way for it.

This is a nice Mexican food restaurant /bar, it’s only 3 miles from my home so it’s very convenient. the staff is wonderful I’ve always been treated very well food is wonderful it’s always hot. And there always accommodating with things you might want to change to your order. If you don’t live in falcon it’s worth a little drive.

We like this place a lot. The ultimate margaritas are excellent and we haven’t found anything we really don’t like. Try the Media Del Bar appetizer if you like shrimp and garlic and be prepared to either share an entrée, take some home or let them roll you out to your car as the portions are generous. good chips and salsa also and the service is generally good too. The menu can be daunting as it is large and weekend evenings it can be a little busy, which is a good sign. they are also pretty flexible and will alter your sides within reason(we always substitute salad or coleslaw for the rice and beans without any trouble-or fee).

Since we are very limited in Falcon as to restaurants, we either go here or Frankie’s Too. I MUCH prefer Fiesta Jalisco on Powers & Stetson Hills, but when my husband doesn’t feel like driving to town, and we want Mexican food, this is where we come. We always sit in the bar area to avoid the loud restaurant area, and the bartender who is almost always there(and usually works alone & services the entire bar AND restaurant), always seems like he’s hurried(cuz he obviously is). You’d think being a Mexican Restaurant with all Mexicans working there, they’d have good Margaritas… Nope! They pre mix their Margaritas — HUH?! I asked once for a «hand made» & not pre mixed & the bartender told me there would be an extra charge — SERIOUSLY?! The food is decent, but not great. I’ve only ever had the tacos(I don’t like them), avocado tostadas, and cheese enchiladas. The cheese gives me a gut ache so I quite ordering the enchiladas, so am now limited to the tostadas. I will say, they’re bean dip & their rice is very good

Food and service are both great. Had the seafood chimichanga and it was great! Will definitely be back.

We had the ultimate margarita(amazing– best I’ve ever had), carne asada burrito and pollo burracho. Server was attentive but food took a bit longer than what we expected, only due to popularity. If we are ever in the area again, it’s a for sure place to go.

In town from California for a few days and went here with friends. Margaritas are great! Guacamole a bit bland and disappointing. Enchiladas are really tasty. The tamale I had… not so much. Had too much masa dough and not enough pork inside. Nice staff though

Great Atmosphere and the service is excellent. Food is delicious and I’ve had margaritas there which I really enjoyed! I’m glad this restaurant is in Peyton as there’s not to much out here. I bring friends here. It’s a great place!

They serve mild salsa and hot salsa with chips and the hot salsa is HOT! That’s a good thing, seems like it’s hard to find a good hot salsa at most places. Margaritas are good, food comes out quickly, huge portions, I would go here again.

Quality food and killer Margaritas(original). Service is consistently good. Menu is too big, but so is Cheesecake Factory, so… House salsa is hot, but mixed with mild it’s a perfect medium.

Just okay if you absolutely NEED some mexican food. The plates are about the size of a hubcap. Each serving is really about 3 servings.

Got their take-out and it was delicious. Shrimp enchilada is fantastic. Enchilada Culichi was very good as well(I got chicken). Why anyone would go to a place called Guadalajara and think they’re finding tex-mex is questionable. This is very good Baja Mexican. 10⁄10 would order from again.

We stopped for dinner on the way back to Colorado Springs from the Paint Mines. It was late at night(9pm) so most establishments were either closed or about to close. This restaurant is open late so we lucked out to even find it. I absolutely LOVE the décor of this place. It is a newer restaurant, very large, with Mexican décor and I love that. The wait staff was very pleasant and polite and everyone spoke Spanish to the customers. I liked it. :) The prices are on par with what we have seen around the Springs. The food was ok, but nothing to write home to mom about. I am not sure why its so difficult to find good tex-mex in this area. There are tons of Mexicans in this area, but it seems like they can’t cook as good as in other states we’ve lived. Overall a decent place to stop if you go to see the sunset at the paint mines, but surely I would not make a special trip to Falcon to eat here :(

This place equals tres margaritas. Salsa is great! Beans and rice are typical chain restaurant style, noting special, nothing horrible. Their Guadalajara plate is my all time favorite thing there, it’s huge and yummy! The hospitality here is also good, never a long wait and speedy service.

Over priced menu, watery, bland salsa, ground beef with the texture and flavor of dog food, and inconsistent customer service. I’d rather eat Taco Bell for a week straight than have one meal here… At least it would be money better spent.
