The first negative review of my life…
Atrocious, unprofessional, indignant.
I can’t even articulate how poor the service was. After initial service, I called the office to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the quality of their service. They sent the tech back out…
I called again to let them know that while I appreciated the tech coming back out I would appreciate a supervisors assessment of the work done. (BTW, the tech, Johnathon, was really nice and professional… just didn’t do a good job on the windows). An un-​named «supervisor» came by and asked what the problem was. I pointed out a window as an example and he said «Really? You called me out for a small window?!». I explained, again, that the window was an example and simply asked him to walk around my home and look at the windows. His response was «I can’t believe you called me out for one small window» completely missing the point that I was offering him an example of the 42 windows in my house.
As I said, this is my FIRST negative review…
I wasn’t upset until the «supervisor”/Owner came out and was a complete ***. I offer this review to save someone else the stress that this service provider created and openly offer my home to anyone who would like to «see» the quality of their work before I pay someone else to do it right on Monday.
So, open house this weekend! Come see the quality of their work before entrusting your home to them.
