Had issues with Gary and Sandy being very unprofessional. Its a shame that people dont have common courtesy anymore. Especially, in a well established business. Stay far away from here.

I wish I could give this towing company negative stars !! These people are the most unprofessional and mean folks I have ever dealt with ! I was yelled at and lied to. I don’t have the energy to type out all the details. But I do not recommend this company for anything !!!

I got into a wreck on a Sunday, late afternoon. Several tow companies turned me down, said it would be 2+ hrs, or didn’t answer at all. But these guys said no problem! They were there within 25 mins and Jim (I think was his name) was very nice! He was fast, and professionally and seemed to feel bad for me– it was my first wreck and I was sad. :(
My husband and I felt bad we didn’t have any cash on us, we wanted to tip! I think Jim may have given us a deal– it was $ 55 less than a different tow we had. We charged it to a card, hoping there might be a tip line. No tip. :(Sorry Jim! (I hope that’s his name)

We had a complete fiasco with Budget Truck Rental. Joe Angel towed our rental truck. twice and he was so friendly and helpful. Budget Truck Rental’s partners treated us and cared about our situation more than Budget did. Thank you Joe Angel!!!

I had my car towed to the Round rock location in the middle of the night. The gentleman present was kind enough to let me get my things out that night. He told me that I could pick up the car between 8 and 5 the following day. I called ahead to let them know I was coming for it and to make sure I had everything I needed. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, no one was present. I gave them a call and they told me this location is a storage facility only and that I would need to wait for a person from another location to arrive, in spite of my letting them know well in advance before walking 7 miles in the summer heat. This is nonsense, and I recommend anyone to avoid this establishment at all costs.

BODY AND FRAME WORK
Wow — what an amazing shop with a staff of incredible professionals that took care of my husband’s beloved Suburban’s damage on time, under budget and with a smile.
Their shop is beautiful, not the usual dirty scary — what is that spiky thing in the corner look to it, very well organized, and the showroom is retro and fun with actual flamed fish on the walls and a hot rod centerpiece of a ’29 model A perfectly restored and begging to be peeled out. Les Wehr is a man to be reckoned with — he knows his stuff, and we will return over and over for work on our family vehicles and hot rods alike. Thanks guys! You do Pflugerville proud!

ZERO STARS. This company not only has rude employees but has horrible business practices. We had a verbal arrangement with this company to move a storage container. From the first phone call to the last, these workers/​owner were not accommodating or professional. It took this company three days and three visits to the site for them to move the container requested and then demanded DOUBLE the quoted price due to THEIR error. I would never recommend this company to anybody I know, individual or company. They are blessed that this wasn’t taken to small claims court for their horrible business ethics.

Called at 9 pm on a Monday night after five other towing companies said they couldn’t get to me or I was going to have to wait 2+ hours. The woman who answered my call was polite while she took down my information, then said it would be 30 min to an hour. A mere 20 min later the tow truck showed up! Loaded my car onto the bed quickly, dropped it off at my mechanic, gave me a receipt, and that was it! The driver was very nice as well. AusTex is going in my contacts as my preferred towing service!
