I was recommended here by a tow truck driver after another body shop refused to fix my car since the insurance company considered it totaled. Not only did Ruben agree to fix my car, he started working on it immediately, and had a great price and great customer service. My car looked brand new when they were done. I would definitely recommend Big Boys to a friend.

Rene was so helpful to me and my son after he was in an accident. She had superb customer service and did all she could to assist us so that we did not incur additional costs. I highly recommend Big Boys Collision North.

I have lots of bad customer service and dealings with automotive businesses over the years… it was really nice to find an honest business among all the crooks.
My miata was damaged in a hit and drive off at the chedders restaurant in Pflugerville. about 1500.00 in damages to the front fender and front bumper. I took it and got estimates at the ford dealership and a couple of other shops… then went to Big Boys. They quoted me a price and said to bring it in on Monday around 11:00 am. I dropped it off, they drove me to the car rental place. Nice.
Tuesday afternoon, they called and said I could pick it up weds morning… unbelievable turnaround.
I drove to the rental car place, dropped it off. Big Boys came and picked me up… NICEx2.
Then… I get there — they had done a wonderful job on my miata… and even comped me the deductible. To top it all off, the had polished my headlights for free and for free… repaired 2 small holes in my bumper (caused by my license plate screws) which were not part of the hit and run damage.
only down side, I later took my Fiero to have some custom fiberglass work done… but they said they wouldn’t be able to work on it (older customized vehicle). At least they were up front about it.
I definitely would recommend these guys… and will use them again in the future when needed.

I was referred here by a coworker. Ruben was friendly and honest! They provided a quote that was $ 200 less than another auto repair shop so I went with them. The fender was replaced and when it came time to pay, they actually charged $ 60 less than the quote. It came out great. The car was detailed so it looked a lot better than when I brought it in. Also, they dropped me off at the rental car place. The repair job was quick. My car was done in two work days.

These guys are awesome! They helped me out on a bumper installation. They gave me an incredible deal. They made sure I had a ride home, and their workmanship was great! They were so friendly and honest.

Ruben was SO helpful and kind! I was very sad my first new car that I only had for two month’s was damaged in a wreck. I had never been in one and had to deal with someone else’s insurance and Ruben actually walked me through everything including getting my rental car back to where it needed to be! He also hunted for a part on back order to help get my car fixed faster and not to mention it looks AMAZING! He waxed the car and shined the tires too and I promise you I didn’t take it there looking that way. I have never felt inclined to write a review but they just went above and beyond for customer service in my opinion. Thanks again, guys!

I got into a car accident last month and the tow driver suggested I take my car to Big Boys Collision in Pflugerville. I worked with Rubin the entire process, and he was so helpful and explained everything to me step-​by-​step. He would call me weekly with the progress of my car and would thoroughly explain any delays and answered all of my questions patiently. My car was a disaster when it came in; I picked it up yesterday and couldn’t be happier. They detailed it from the inside/​out and the parts used were new Nissan, not some recycled factory part. I’m just so impressed and pleased with their services. I wish all businesses worked like this.
