Big T’s Screen Printing & Embroidery

Bad customer service here not professional. Went to get just a few shirts done almost three weeks ago. I was originally told a week at the latest. I told the owner that I need them as soon as possible. I was quoted a good price so I decided to wait the week. When the following week came not ready because someone did not show for work and now backed up. REALLY? I should of picked them up then but was told it would be ready next week ok. I called because I was not contacted and was told its thanksgiving week not ready yet and the person took it out of the office to finish them. wow! so now I can’t even take them some where else. Finally was called this week they are ready but the price was more than quoted. IF ANYTHING SHOULD BE LESS FOR THE WAIT. I normally have good service at small business shops but not here. The one star is for average work done on the shirt nothing fancy. I will not be returning to this shop and I will let my business partners know to go elsewhere.
