This is one of the best customer service experience ever! These guys are top notch and are extremely friendly. The installation of our water softener and the R.O. Drinking system was very professional. Plus it just looks clean! We are truly enjoying this clean fresh water. We will never buy bottled water again! I have never felt this clean after a shower. IONIC Solutions is the best thing we ever did for our family! Thanks guys! I will continue to brag about you all. Your professionalism and customer service was greatly APPRECIATED! #YAY for fresh, crisp tasting drinking water every day!

This is what Customer Service is all about! We just moved to Pflugerville, from Hawaii and with a PODS container parked on our new drive way, it was a magnet for sales people to come a do a pitch. I’ll cut to the chase and say it like it is! When Mitch came in and talked to us, we told him another company just did the water presentation and did not want to go through that again. He promised he wouldn’t and briefly explained what/why the Hague Water softener was all about, and the service they provided. The name of the company is: IONICSOLUTIONS. We had just signed up with another company, I won’t mention any names, but I’ll give you their initials… GE. Well after Mitch explained to us what IONICSOLUTIONS is all about and the cost for their unit, we decided to cancel with GE. Mitch’s first and only offer was half the cost of the other company… GE, and when we mentioned we would pay it in full with cash, he gave us a discount… not a huge discount, but enough of an incentive to pay cash. I immediately called the other company GE and told them we were going to cancel our order with them… they were scheduled to install the next day. I then got a text saying ok, and asking why? Saying all of our neighbors had GE… oh and their sales pitch was we would get a discount because we had GE appliances in our home… sheesh…we fell for it, until Mitch explained the why behind the what of water softeners. Then GE sends back the person that did the demo to ask why, who and give us a $ 2,000 discount from what we signed up for. I told her thanks, but no thanks and she mentioned it was unethical for a company to come in and spend half the time with us, and we then cancel with GE who spent more time… I said no, it’s unethical to over charge your customers, and even with the $ 2,000 discount, they were still more expensive. Now with all of that said, it’s not so much the cost of the unit… although that does play a big part, it’s the CUSTOMERSERVICE that really makes the next sale! Mitch and his partner Loren came over the next morning to install the HAGUE unit from IONICSOLUTIONS in our garage. They wasted no time and was quick, yet very neat and professional. One did the Softener bins, and the other the RO(reverse osmosis) unit under the kitchen sink. It probably took them about 1.5hrs or so and it was done. They are very easy to talk to and soon it wasn’t so much a company servicing us, but more like some friends that came over to help us… really, very friendly even with our cats and dogs! During the installation Mitch noticed we had this fancy looking facet on the counter in a box, which we were going to use to replace the one that came with the house. So he mentioned not once, not twice, not even three times, but numerous of times, if I needed help or wanted him to install the faucet to call him anytime. I’m thinking that’s cool, but I think I can handle it… well one week later I open the box and see there are 4 fittings and I only have a Hot and Cold pipe coming from the house… what are the other 2 fittings for? So I decided to call Mitch and ask him if he could help, thinking if I’m going to pay a plumber to do the install, it might as well be him because he and Loren did such a great job installing the HAGUE unit from IONICSOLUTIONS! Well he and Loren came over the next morning, we offered them some coffee and they started to install the faucet, keep in mind this took almost an hour and a half because I had to go to HD to purchase some braided lines, which did not come with the faucet, and the old lines were crimped to the old faucet. I got the lines and Mitch and Loren did the install… well more Mitch than Loren, Loren and I basically just passed Dr. Mitch the tolls he needed while he was on his back under our kitchen sink. When it was complete we asked them what the cost was, and both Mitch and Loren said no cost… just a cup of coffee and since they had that already nothing else was needed. Mitch said, he mentioned he would do it, and it wasn’t about money, but because he/they/IONIC SOLUTIONS just wants to be sure the customer is taken care of 100%…and this they did over and beyond! In Hawaiian there’s a word for this, it’s called KINAOL’E! It basically means doing the right thing, for the right reason, at the right time, for the right people, with the right intentions… the FIRSTTIME! We are confident that we will not have any problems in the future with our unit as far as customer service goes, both Mitch and Loren gave us their cell phone numbers to call if we ever needed anything or had problems with the unit. Plus, we now have excellent plumbers we know we can trust and count on when needed the most. I’m glad I can now call them FRIENDS that just so happen to work for IONICSOLUTIONS, installing HAGUE water softener units. So if you think I’m pushing for IONICSOLUTIONS, you’re correct. Because this is my KINAOL’E for those reading this Unilocal review! Aloha Y’all!

Mitchell came right over and took care of the problem immediately. He was very personable, knowledgeable, very caring and they are available 24⁄7. If you want quick great service and a competent person then you need to call IONICSOLUTION as we highly recommend them.

So… I. had been in the market for some time now shopping for a water softener had several… Will not mention water treatment companies, except for this one… because they truly deservenot only 5 but 10 stars of possible. Every other company I had come in to my home had the same kind of sales tactic basically just to make the sale. 1. YEAH they all did their water test 2. Then basically sit me down for the kill and alkali these companies are asking for thousands. pretty high thousands of dollars like if I was buying a couple hundred dollar Vacuum. I had about given up I actually was about to purchase a conditioner from Home Depot totally had forgotten that I had done one last appointment with this company and honestly I’m sooooooooooooo glad I did. Yes he started off with the WATER test… and in my mind I WAS like ok I know what’s just hit me with it… But boy how wrong can ONE bbw by judging a book by its cover. MITCHELL.” Mitch” is the Representative that came to my house and what I thought wad gonna be a 30 min water test and sales pitch LITERALLY he left my home that I thought I was saying BYE to a friend or family member. He was the only one that sat down with me EXPLAINED from start to finish the whole process told me what a mistake I would’ve made just by buying a softener and not putting in a conditioner and R. O and explained in full detail why with pictures… statements. .and Facts have a world options and best of all It was with TRUEHONESTY. Didn’t make a phone call to lower prices to his boss WE negotiated how it should be done he was there from start to finish. PLUS a week later CAMEBACK to not only see how the equipment wad running but asked how my family was. What A GREATHUMANBEING. We Need more people in this world like Mitch Epstein. I wish this company sold cars to.
