CRSolar is a one-​man company owned by Chris Rath. We got 5 different estimates, but leaned towards Chris because he answered all our questions. We knew little about solar at the beginning. The most important moments were a couple visits to his office to look at prices and materials. I was shocked at the differences. He also gave me permission to work along side him during the entire project, from start to finish.
He is exactly the kind of person you are looking for; hard-​working, funny, and honest. He would correct the slightest error. While working together we discussed everything from politics to the environment. I will never forget installing the micro-​inverters on Labor Day, Sept 5, 2011. We could see smoke from four fires; Bastrop to the East, Steiner Ranch to the Southwest, Pedernales/​Spicewood to the West, and Leander to the Northwest.
