Excellent customer service and support for helping me to fix my pool. They go out of their way to order hard to get parts, and don’t mind spending time to answer question. They are a fantastic local business.

WHEEEE — Hard for a 71 year old VN Vets wife to find anyone that is not trying to take her for a ride. THIS COMPANY is the best I have dealt with. Jamie came to help out when our pool was a beautiful «green» He got the pool up and running and it looked great. I contracted for weekly service and my pool NEVER HAD LOOKED THAT GREAT.
Pool was old and tired — so hired them to resurface our 25 yr plus pool. WOW again great work and awesome service. The men got in here and out again within a few days. Their prompt service. and awesome result was worth every penny I paid to them.
The handrail is installed — the steps marked with blue tile — water full — and now only need the warm weather to jump in.
Call them … I promise you there is not a better, ethical and prompt company out there. In my book they are tops and I will never use anyone else again. God Bless you, and God bless this pool company.

Jaime came to my house today to service my pool. I’m a private investigator and I think I know people pretty well. I can tell by the way he does business… he is trustworthy. Which is good because I’m thinking of updating my pool (it’s old and dated, like me! LOL) He was telling me some horror stories of people who have gotten taken by pool contractors… wow. :-(Too bad it can be such a shady business. I didn’t realize that Castilo Pools has been building and renovating pools for 30 years… I thought they were new to the business because their store just opened up in Pflugerville recently.
Anyway, he got everything going for the price of a service call (cheap) and I couldn’t be more impressed with this company.
