Small, low key place with good flavors. Inconsistent every time I go flavor wise but it’s decent every time. One downside is that there’s not a wide selection of flavors and toppings! Overall it’s a good hangout place for kids.

Go to Front Porch at I35 and 45. Sooo much better. Many more flavors. Fresh, not stale add ons!

Friendly staff and clean inside but it’s self serve so it should be pretty easy … Did not like the selection at all tried a few samples and it tasted unusual not creamy more watery. Chose the basic vanilla and just added fruit to make it more flavorful. The price is a bit pricy for a self serve yogurt shop not to mention my disappointment in flavor.

Love this place, good tasting yogurt and great add-ons. Plus love the fact they label Gluten Free items as our daughter can’t have gluten. We have had good people working there and one who was not very fun to approach. Overall, good place, and good seating. Good family place.

Went in for the first time with my wife last week and I got to say, good stuff on a hot day. I do not get why folks are hating on this place, I mean what do you expect in 700sq ft. of retail space? So this is not the Taj Mahal of frozen delights, and the employees do not do cartwheels and provide balloons… but on a hot day when your sweet tooth is aching… why not just enjoy some thick icy yogurt and crushed candy bars? Seriously Unilocalers, life is short stop and enjoy some Froyo :)

Yuck. Store is very dirty. Topping tasted stale and yogurt flavors aren’t that great. The employee who was there was very unfriendly and had no personality. We won’t be back.

I still don’t understand why they have a tip jar out. It’s almost entirely self-service. Is it for being rung up? The yogurt is alright I guess.

Too expensive and the costumer service really bad… the cashier looked like a zombie literally, no expression, no smile, nothing… He was just watching tv the whole time and the place was dirty and messy.. I do not recommend this place at all

Growse is the best word I got! Their«yogurt» was icey and left a horrible after taste. Smell in the place was not appealing whatsoever. The outside was disgusting. Not a single table or chair was probably ever wiped down correctly. Their trash cans made me want to hurl! There were dirty yogurt cups left next to the clean new ones! Their toppings were minimal and did not look good or fresh! And the cashier was just a young teenager who was too busy watching cartoons to care about the restaurants cleanliness or the customers, and not to be harsh but he was pretty growse looking too! Very disappointing saying there’s no other options in that general area for dessert. I will never go back!

They have a decent selection of flavors. Not 31, but the choices are diverse. So far, I’ve liked all the ones I’ve tried. For toppings, there are nice choices, from tapioca pearls and candy to fresh fruit and nuts. The staff is friendly, too. I’ll definitely be a regular here.

I love this place! I have no idea why the bad reviews. I was a little shocked. The ingredients are fresh and my experience was just as I expected, great!

I was hesitant coming here due to all the bad reviews but absolutely loved it. Their yogurt is icey and thick, which I love. However, this might not be for everyone. The toppings were numerous enough but yes the place is small, but most yogurt places are. In regards to the sewage smell others were complaining about, I didn’t smell it at all. However, my mom stated she went by another time and smelled it. She said it was so bad she had to walk out. So clearly something about their plumbing needs fixing.

The smell in this place is overwhelmingly bad… like weird crazy mildew and rotting food bad. I could barely stand to be in there… even my 5 year old commented on it. Smell and cleanliness aside… compared to other fro yo places in the Austin area this one is really mediocre. The flavor selection is roughly the same as others, however the toppings selection is pretty scant. For wet toppings there’s no whipped cream, a cheap bottle of Hershey’s chocolate syrup and some very old looking sugar free caramel. Literally. This is a 3 star place that loses a star for the unbelievable stench and overall cleanliness. I would not be one bit surprised if they got a visit from the health department soon. Too bad — we could use a good fro yo place in the area…

Why am I knocking off 2 stars? I just don’t know if they REALLY care about what they put out, honestly. I’m not noticing a big rotation on favors like I had in the beginning. It’s absolutely run by teenagers, which is to be expected, but customer service isn’t always 5-star. I hate walking into an establishment(especially as small as FroYoo) to NOT be greeted upon entry. Handwritten, taped signs. Cheapest of the cheap toppings. Seriously. My 17 year old said«these have to be the generic gummy worms from the gas station». As I looked @ the candy toppings, they definitely didn’t seem to be of any mid-high quality. IMO that’s kind of a bummer! The product is good, but everything is el cheapo. There are a few new frozen yogurt places up this way that take pride in their product, so it’s likely they’ll get my business more frequently. AND. I used my frequent buyer card to recurve the discount on yesterday’s visit, YAY. But when I asked the cashier for a new card, he says, «oh we aren’t doing them until December»… What…

I used to go very often but the last two times I went in they stopped carrying pistachio(the main reason I would go there). I’ve asked the kid at the counter and usually get a grumble of a response. I also suggested better gummy bears(these are the mass produced harder ones and I got a similar look). The flavors mostly all really tart and sweet now. I do like that I can get a low fat snack that is relatively healthy and that we have a yogurt shop in Pf. They should add smoothies and this place would be a huge hit. And watch out, they only have one size cup and it is so big that you may find yourself getting more than you wanted(marketing plan is working).

Pretty good. Very small and hard to move around when there’s anyone more than yourself and a child in line.

Moms & Dads beware — no high chairs! Checked out Fro Yoo with my 3 year old and 10 month old to see if would be a good place for an outing with my mom’s group. Was surprised to find they had no high chairs although I will concede that I may be spoiled by the places I frequent catering to moms. The woman at the counter was very sweet and apologetic; she even held the cups so I could fill them while juggling my 10 month old. I ended up getting the stroller out of the car so he could have a place to sit while I ate. The yogurt and sorbet were delicious but just come prepared with a stroller if you have need of a high chair.

Stanky! Yes, that is an odd way to describe a fro-yo place, but this one cannot be described as anything else. From the second you walk in, your senses are overcome with the rank of sewer. It’s almost unbearable. I can only assume the foul odor is due to the single restroom in the back that is right off the yogurt area. With no separation from eating area and bathroom area, the stenches of that restroom spread throughout the small establishment. On my first visit, the place was so foul, crowded, and dirty with unappetizing flavors in its selection that we turned around and left. Months later, we visited again. The foul odor still overwhelmed us, but the selection of flavors were much improved, so we made a purchase. Ditto for our third trip, as well. My other complaint is that they do not supply any small sample cups, so you have no way of testing the flavors before you commit. What self-serve fro-yo place does that?! This frozen yogurt location would receive a much higher rating and more of my business if they found a way to get rid of the nasty smell and provided the sample cups, as their yogurt is actually good.
