Update: I have to give a big thank you to the Director Ashley. Ashley went above and beyond my expectations as a parent. Ashley took the time to listen to my concerns and to support me as a parent. I was not anticipating anything would be done and that my issue would be swept under the rug. I greatfully appreciate and i am very thankful to know my daycare does stand behind me when it counts. When reading reviews remember the little things can be fixed but it is amazing when you know that your daycare stands behind you as a PARENT.
Assistant director dating a child’s parent and causing conflict. My son has been going here for over 2 years and of course like any day care it has it ups and downs. However, they had good directors and assistant directors. They have high turn over which I can expect in a day care, but it is unacceptable for directors to be «personally» involved with a parent. This assistant director continued to ask questions about my co parent and offering to call them when I was at work. Sorry but as a parent who is suppose to trust where their children go this is not acceptable. So now I must face this person when I pick my child up and let them watch my child. I have never had any problems like this. This is out of line and unprofessional. This needs to stop and stop now. How is this not a conflict of interest. The director should of said no to any advance whatever the case it. it may look as if I am being to over the top. My son has special needs and I am an advocate for him and this is inappropriate behavior. This is undermines the value of what this daycare is suppose to offer.

Withdrew my child after a few months due to a laundry list of issues. The most concerning being the way the teachers, a few in particular, speak to the children. Yelling at a child to the point of tears and then shoving them in the direction they wanted them to go. Lucky for this person, it was not my child who was being treated this way, but I immediately spoke with the director. Gave them the chance to rectify the situation. The teacher is still working there, so my child is not attending. Several times I went to pick my son up, he was soaked through his pants to his knees. The classrooms are dirty. Toys are broken. Teachers are over worked and exhausted. The rooms are all at capacity and look like a zoo with the number of children they have in there. The employee turnover is very high and for a reason. No one wants to work in those conditions. In the 6 months my son attended, there was 3 directors, and 3 – 4 assistant directors. I honestly lost count. Your child deserves better.

this location was amazing when Mrs. Angie Ramos was the director. She made sure the place was tidy and when an issue came up she discussed it with her staff right away. It’s such a shame that she’s no longer at this location.
Now that there’s a new director (and I am by no means blaming her…) the place smells awful. The entire location smells like a public restroom.
One of their staff members Miss Jess was hounding me for money when my husband and I always pay on time. She began to yell at me in front of my 2 children and making head movements all because there was a misunderstanding regarding the amount due for that week. I had to ask her to stop yelling at me in front of my kids and she continued to go off. At one point I called her unprofessional and she turned around and said that I was unprofessional too — and I told her «I don’t work here, you do and I’m a paying client.» Overall she refused to give me her name and yelled at me to leave to facility.
She is the most disgusting person I have ever dealt with in a business. She should be thankful that I am paying her paycheck indirectly. I am going to call the District Manager Jennifer Hue to file a complaint. Staff members should never speak to parents that way.

I have had 3 (soon to be 4 kids) enroll here. It is ‘ok’, I’ve seen and had better day cares, but it is cheap and the experience has been mostly enjoyable for us and our children.

Sometimes good, sometimes not. It’s cheaper than other daycares, but you get what you pay for.
