Popeyes Chicken and Biscuits

What a confusing time I had trying to place my order. All I asked for was two of the Tuesday $ 1.19 special and a combo #10…
I was asked to pull up to the window to order. As I was placing my order now for the 4^th time I felt like the person who was taking my order couldn’t understand simple English.
This is the first and last time that I will be coming to this location.
I should have went to McDonald’s where they at least put a smile on there happy meal boxes lol
Update: they still suck! Rude as hell, made me wait 10 mins for their special. No customer service. Plus brought out the food with no bag, no napkins, no spoon for the dessert and NO SAUCE. Wtf. Thought I’d give them another chance, but they let me down again…

This place FN sucks. Chicken dry can’t even eat. They need better staff. I will never go there again. I recommend no one stops there. It doesn’t deserve a star

I like coming to this location. Sometimes the waits are a little long, but you cannot rush a good thing. Rarely am I disappointed. The food is usually hot and fresh. The place is always clean. Great music.

I usually skip the fast food but I do like Popeyes. I sometimes have to wait for my order but it is always hot and fresh. Red beans and rice are a heart attach in a bowl but what a way to go. So Good. The servers are not the most professional in appearance but they are always polite and prompt as they can be.

Big box from Louisiana Kitchen… Popeye’s. My meal was excellent. No complaints. The chicken was hot and fresh. The mac n cheese was good. Never got this side before, but I really liked it. Hope they keep it. The dirty rice is always a good choice for my taste buds. And that legendary Biscuit was delicious.

Messed up the order all together… The receipt had the correct order. Went thru drive thru due to being on the way home. seemed they lack proper QA Training to check an order. Plus they had no fries… Will be taking my business else where… Hopefully this location either shuts down or the Management gets replaced…

Friendly staff, hardworking, well coordinated. Great food — some of the best Popeye’s I’ve had. Did see some customers who were kind of being jerks about waiting (when they ordered fish or something that wasn’t ready at the time, but the staff was on top of it and polite), or trying to alter the combos (they aren’t customizable, idiots), or being needy (not asking for extra napkins or sporks or whatever all at once, then getting miffed when other customers are being taken care of). This place is great.

Almost deserves a zero. Apparently Isabel G. couldn’t understand English… then seemed to get into an argument over the order. Seemed like the supervisor was attempting to help, but you can’t fix that attitude. There was a long wait and another wait for the order. Should have just driven off because of the poor service.

I have never had a problem here. The staff has always been nice to me and the food is great!

First and last time here. Should have read the reviews. Every negative one is on point.
Actually it’s 2 stars, but I have a policy of taking off a point if a chicken place charges for a dipping sauce.
Thankfully, I had whataburger honey mustard sauce at home. Even that wasn’t enough to completely hide the stale greasy chicken tho.
Mac and cheese sucks. Needs more Mac. And way more cheese.
Churches honey biscuit is better. This place needs to go.

This place is horrible. Everytime I come here thinking they’ll do a better job then last time and it never fails. These kids are terrible at their job. I understand if your busy. But when I pull to the drive through and the lady tells me um hello … that’s unacceptable. I always spend over 20 dollars here and I’m starting to get pretty darn pissed. Let’s put it this way. I’m pissed off enough that I’m sitting in the parking lot right now at this popeyes writing this review. Probably the last time I’m coming to this jank ass popeyes!!!

Further, calling the «main office» does no good. I called to report this whole ordeal the next day, gave the information to the person who said they would forward it to the responsible party, and Not. A. Word nearly 2 weeks later. I think you can see where the problems start.

No thanks, dirty everywhere, smelly men’s room, rude staff, chicken wasn’t worth the wait.

First off, let me say I love Popeyes. I’ve been to this location multiple times thinking it can’t always be this bad and they never fail to lower my expectations of them. The employees working the drive through have been at best incompetent, and on average, very rude. They completely ignored multiple simple requests (such as no gravy…) and have yet to get my order correct on the first attempt.
This was the 5^th bad experience in 6 trips and I will not be giving them any more business.

Went here last Tuesday for the Dark meat special and was appalled at the quality of food that they allow out of this place.
I have been going to Popeyes for quite a while now, and have had my fair share of disappointments, but this was the worst of the worst.
The size of the pieces of chicken that were served to me were a huge disappointment. Several of the drumsticks were literally the size of a drummette from a hot wings restaurant. This is not a joke. I have a picture of two of the drumsticks laying on the fingers of my hand that makes my hand look like that of a Sasquatch, but I assure you my hand is of normal size. I cannot believe that pieces of chicken like this even made it into the fryer to begin with.
In addition to the poor quality of food served out of this place, I also got white meat (breast) when I ordered dark meat. Normally most people would think of this as an added bonus, but I do not care for white meat at all. Just a matter of opinion, but I was extremely disappointed about having this in my order when I specifically wanted the dark meat.
I contacted Popeyes and have had absolutely no response in regards to my complaint. So as far as I am concerned, I don’t believe that they value their customers. They at least don’t value me as a customer.
Look at the other reviews on this Popeyes and I think you’ll see that you’re best going someplace else. I don’t see this Popeyes lasting very long. And if the Popeyes corporation doesn’t care about their customer’s complaints, then I don’t see any Popeyes lasting very long either.

Love Popeyes, but this location is awful. Food service areas are dirty. Napkins, drink lids, everything empty. Garbage cans full. Tried drive through twice, had to wait twice. Went in for my third visit. None of the employees seemed to have any idea what they were doing. Never again.

Reading through the reviews of this location has me wondering if the staff has been completely replaced, because I have had nothing but good service here. Sure… it’s mechanical at times, but overall efficient and friendly…
The food… c’mon now… it’s muthafu**ing Popeyes! Their red beans and rice is sublime. I could live off the stuff. The food I get here is always fresh and hot.
Still the best damn fried chicken and fried chicken accessories in town! Screw those overpriced gourmet fried chicken joints. They ain’t got nothin’ on that chicken at Popeye’s…

1 Star says it all… Place is new, so its clean. Service was Ok… I mean its fast food. Wife had the spicy tender 3pc and fries… Me.3 pc mixed chicken… First…Fries were stone cold, bet there good when there hot. EPIC FAIL. Tenders were good, spicy. Both really like the BBQ Sauce… My chicken, not so good. thigh was good and moist, but everything seamed over cooked… the small wing had very little chicken on it… just overcooked. or old… This is the type of thing that gives fast food its true reputation… And the MUSIC… KLOVE. Really…So I am eating food that isnt good for ME AND have to listen to how Jesus died for my sins… This does not mix at all… and it was Über Loud… As much money Popeyes spends on there campaign for the «Louisiana Kitchen» image you would think it would taste better…

Always consistently fresh and delicious.
This location, the later you go, almost always asks you to wait for fresh food. But who can whine about fresh, hot, fried foods? So what, you have to wait. Go to nasty golden arches next door and get some fries and burgers that have been sitting on the warmers for a while. Ill wait while you fry my skrimps, no doubt.
I love that they’ll throw in something free for the wait too!
Cant wait for the new one on 685 to open.

I am reviewing THIS location. I have NEVER been to this Popeyes and not had a problem — NEVER. Why do I keep going back you ask? Two reasons. (1) I am stupid and (2) I don’t learn my lesson.
They almost always make you wait AT LEAST 15 if not 20 minutes for anything in their drive thru (I mean, you sell one main product!). I have never asked for anything special at all.
Today was strike 5 or 6… I can’t give them anymore «benefit of the doubts.» Their management needs to shape up their ship because it’s by far the worst fast food drive thru I have ever consistently gone through. Seriously, I would rather park and walk into Randalls for nasty grocery store chicken then go back to this Popeyes.
