Absolute Scam, Buyer beware.
I will cut to the chase
— They MUST install their system so you are forced into a 3 year contract
— Canceling the contract took over 6 months. Tried to cancel in year 4, could not.
— Year 5 they put you through several rounds of questionnaires and bogus requests from your insurance to delay you long enough to auto renew for another year.
— Finally, I found out the reason they do all this auto renewal stuff is that they sell your account to some 3rd party so any cancellation costs them big.
— Called them multiple times to service the system THEY INSISTED to install and finally they gave up on the 3rd try. Said they had no documentation.

Ok so I was scheduled for installation early morning. Tech didnt show up till 2 pm. Ok whatever he was nice and helpful, but forgot to give the the stickers and lawn sign which I was very upset because as they describe it «its an extra layer of protection»! I kept calling and always got told that they would let the tech know. About 2 wks later I get them, after several calls and voicemails. Their system sucks they told me it would be $ 10 less than ADT, ADT is actually the exact same price. If I had done my reaserch I would of known that at the time. Wish I had gone with ADT too late now. Customer service people always seem rude and in a hurry to get you off the phone.
