Finally a store that understands that I am the customer. I waited to get delivery to do this review. I had a bad experience with a bed purchase recently and returned it at another furniture store. Still looking to buy a bed and other things, I searched and searched for something I liked. Finally I drove to Star. Excellent service! Cindy Hair not only found me a bed, but ultimately sold me more furniture as I discussed how to reconfigure a room with her. No pressure. I purchased several things. They called to confirm my appointment the day before. They arrived on time. They quickly set up my furniture where I wanted it. They were courteous and professional.
My only gripe is that they propped open the door without telling me. I have indoor pets. As soon as I told them, they took care of it.
I will return.
