Supercuts

Awful! I took my son here for a haircut and the service we have gotten was just terrible. Not to mention how the cut turned out! I can’t remember what the lady’s name was but her station was right behind the cashier/​front desk. The cut looked as if she just used one size for the whole head when it was suppose to be longer at the top. When I mentioned this she told me «It’ll grow out in a couple days» I’m not sure about anyone else’s hair but I know damn well hair doesn’t grow in a «couple days»

Id say avoid a certain someone but I have a feeling it may get deleted if I do.
I had such a bad feeling I RAN. Don’t wet my hair is freaking freezing. She’s like a little bit… she soaked it. Then she put something in it. I’m like wtf! Then for the fifth time I told her just want a little trim. She kept asking what I wanted to do and I just didn’t trust her. Her so called middle part isn’t in the middle and oh my gawd I almost had a bloody heart attack. She charged me $ 8 for putting crap in my hair that I didn’t want and soaking it. I’m lucky if I don’t catch a cold. OH MY GAWD THIS PLACE JUST NO. NO NO. HELL NO!!! :(I’m washing this out my hair ASAP.
I know this is partially my fault for thinking a trim would be ok at a supercuts. Uhh

RUDE! The manager Gina was talking shit about the customers that had just left. She has an attitude and said she was gonna put a sign on the door saying it’s back to school and they are busy so people need to just deal with it. They only had 2 people cutting hair on a Saturday morning before school starts. Seriously? Do not go to this place! I will never come here again!

Awesome place. Ask for Tracy. She’s an awesome stylist and will cater to any style you’d like to have. Almost no wait time at 4pm.

$ 14.95 — Tracy did a great job — took care of the details most stylists miss. Didn’t make me feel rude or awkward for being picky.

Gina is a master at transforming a woman’s look! She is the best at color (including corrective color after a botched DIY job) and highlights. Transformed me from a dark redhead to a platinum blonde with stunning results. She also knows exactly how to cut my superfine hair – works every angle to maximize volume and movement. Then she waxes my brows and sends me on my way looking and feeling AMAZING! I gotta think my husband loves her, too. ;-)

Gina is awesome! Especially if you like a short, tight fade cut. Quick and simple. No fuss. She has cut my hair the past few times. I will be back and ask for Gina.

The stylist are ok. They have the tv noise on and the music going at the same time kinda annoying. Put one or the other on. They keep the place clean. Other then the crazy noise not a bad place.

I’ve been here a few times. I like the check in screen for walk-​in visits that lets you know how much wait you can expect. I usually don’t have to wait too long. Only time I had to wait a long time was when they were giving away free cuts.
Gina, the manager and also a stylist there, is my favorite stylist there. She knows hair and detail oriented. I’ve had her cut my hair a few times already and consistent in her methods.

Sorry that you had that experience, but my experience was on the other side of the pole, they did have several people waiting with only three stylist but I didn’t have to wait because I had checked in on the app. I walked in and told them that I had checked in on the app. And they finished what they were doing a took me right back ahead of the people that were wait. The stylist told me, when I check in that i by pass the people that came in after I checked in. I like the app idea. It shows the wait time, so when I check in I can go and do other errands. And I do notice when I check in before shop opens it’s because when stylist clock in before shop opens, it opens the app so you can check in. The app clearly tells you what time the shop opens also. Just info to know. I like all the stylist there, I have not had bad haircut there yet.

I decided to try this brand new location yesterday (Saturday). I walked in with my two boys and found three people in the waiting area. There were two stylists in the back working and one frazzled looking one stuck her head out to warn me that the wait would be «more than an hour.» I don’t think I have ever waited half that long for a cheap haircut. We left without signing in.
We decided to try again today (Sunday). Planning on the fact that this new store was not staffing properly for the weekends, I downloaded the app and checked in before leaving the house. It showed a zero minute wait! The app made an 11:45a appointment for the three of us. I showed up and found the doors locked. The store does not open until noon. There were two other people waiting outside and two more people showed up before we could leave. One said that she had a noon interview. Wouldn’t you want to do that before you open? Especially if you are understaffed?
We went across the parking lot to the crowded Sport Clips.
