Weed Man

I live in South Austin and I have used Weed Man lawn services for about a year and a half. They have done an OUTSTANDING job taking care of my lawn and making it one of the healthiest in my neighborhood. They use environmentally friendly products and the technicians are professional, courteous, thorough, and will go above and beyond to assist you.
There have been a couple of occasions that I called their main office and spoken to two different customer care representatives. On BOTH occasions, the representatives respectfully led me through my questions and assisted me in accomplishing the purpose of my call. I felt respected and cared about even though I was talking to a person in a completely different region of the country.
One representative said they consider their customers to be «part of the Weed Man FAMILY» and that was exactly the way I felt. I felt like a valued family member and not just another customer. It was wonderful.
If there is ever a reason why I would discontinue my service with Weed Man (say if I were ever to sell my current home) upon finding and moving to a new residence, I would call Weed Man in a heart beat to use their services to make my «new» lawn the envy of all of my neighbors. (By the way, many of my neighbors use Weed Man and on our neighborhood website, we all post positive comments.)
