I live right down the street from this one, they always were quick and easy. I haven’t been to it in awhile. I park and funny their lot is empty, I go up to the door and it’s empty, there is a note saying, they closed without an explanation. I even Googled on the real reason but nothing. Too bad for them they were in a great location.

Wicked Wednesday… What a deal! $ 5 for a Wicked Which Wich with 5 meats and 3 cheeses? Yikes! Made with extra attention to detail by the BEST Which Wicher in town, Daniel. I don’t usually go to this store but the great sandwich and customer service will keep me coming back. BTW… It’s in the same center as the movie theatre, so you don’t have to leave the parking lot.

Took the little sister here yesterday. I use to frequent this location but lately have not. Came in around 12:45 to avoid the lunch rush. Ordering process is simple, walk in get your bag with choice of sandwich(turkey, ham, etc). Place wasn’t packed at all plenty of open tables. Anyways, my little sister puts her order in and we wait… and wait… and wait. Took about 40 mins for the order to be ready, its never taken this long before. We didn’t complain or mention it to anyone, we were not in a rush or anything. But, thats the reason for the 3 stars, usually its 5 star service and food. I did see the owner in here though, which I never have before, maybe they were short staffed? I did see plenty of employees working though.

Just when I start to think I have found a groove with this place they go and screw up my order or are completely rude to me. AND… I sent an email last week through the website and no one ever contacted me. That’s a big problem in my book. If you won’t reach out to rectify a problem when there is one why would I ever patronize your business again??? I won’t. That’s for sure.

In all my life I have never walked into an open restaurant where they refused to accept an order. My husband, children, and I walked in today, and we filled out each of our orders. When we took them to the counter to turn them in, the guy told us that they weren’t accepting orders because they already had so many. It would have been nice to know that BEFORE we took the time to order. We let the guy behind us know that they weren’t taking orders, and he was as shocked as we were. He had gone through half of his order already, too.

This location always has great customer service. It is always clean and inviting. The food is consistently spot on and they give back to the local schools. We will be back!

I went to which wich last night and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a delicious banana shake and a «philly» but the meat is basically roast beef. I am not fond of roast beef but… It was still tasty and I will return for the monte cristo and the elvis inspired sandwich !!!

Expect to wait at least 10 – 15 mins, even if you’re the only person there, and your sandwich will probably be wrong when it finally comes. Their only saving grace is the fact that it’s a chain and you can drive across town to a different location.

Not my favorite Which Wich — I prefer the Anderson Mill location. I came here after a few hours of buying furniture next door. Unfortunately, I was informed that they don’t get veggies shipped in on the weekend(or at least Sunday), so I wasn’t able to get my wich wrapped in lettuce. I ALWAYS get Thank You Turkey, but try to balance out the carbs from the stuffing with a lack of bread. However, staff did offer to make the bread«skinny» or in a bowl — which did help. It took a bit longer than normal to get this sandwich(about 10 – 15 minutes). I think staff were trying to find lettuce, unsuccessfully, but didn’t let me know until about 10 minutes later that they couldn’t accommodate my order. The sammy was relish, as always, so I don’t have a complaint about that. The teen taking my order was friendly as well, it just seemed like a very disorganized place in a somewhat awkward location.

I love which wich. By having the sandwich bags on the shelf you can pick what ingredients you want and make it your own. I love the Italian(and pretend I’m saving calories by doing the skinny-my-wich option which is a lower carb/calorie bread). They now offer bowls which are more salad focused. The people working at this location are super friendly and I really like to order online, pay online and by the time I drive over its ready for me and I can skip the line.

I have tried to give this location a chance, but every time I do it fails. The staff have been unbelievably slow and don’t seem to care. Tonight, it took 41 minutes to get 2 salads and 2 sandwiches… and we were the only customers in there! The 2 staff members said it was both their second day and that they didn’t know what they were doing. I’m just gonna leave this review at that, because my mom taught me, «if I don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say it at all.»

Terrible service, «eh» food. We bought a coupon book from some neighborhood high schoolers that included some coupons to Which Wich. We came in to try it out tonight. We had to walk through a cloud of smoke to get in. The sandwich maker was evidently on a smoke break a foot away from the door. We get in and choose our sandwich, the cashier has no idea how to enter the coupon so she asks 2 other employees, then gets on the phone with someone. She proceeded to tell us we owe more than the coupon states bc we didn’t order small sandwiches(we chose mediums bc the coupon said small OR regular… there evidently is no such thing as a «regular»). About 10 minutes go by, and the sandwich maker calls us over to tell us he doesn’t have lettuce heads to make a lettuce wrap(why’d it take so long to determine you don’t have the materials necessary to make what we ordered?!) The cashier continued to place orders for the people behind us, wait an unreasonable amount of time, then walk over and say«I’m sorry, we don’t have milk, did you want something else instead of a milkshake?» TERRIBLE, AWFULSERVICE for food that is just okay.

Which wich is one of those places I’m going to miss when I leave Austin. How do you describe it? So fun. The little bags, the red markers, the house chips. This place is great.

Custom sandwiches in endless combinations. Far better than Subway and Cousins. Close tie with Jimmy Johns(for me!). Unique ordering system. Give it a try.

Hands down the best tasting sandwich shop in Pflugerville. This blows Subway away and I really used to love Thundercloud but the«I don’t care if you are stoned while you work» policy that used to not bother me is taking a toll on sandwich making and the«Mary Jane» memory shows BIGTIME. Both guys yesterday asked«what did you say you wanted on that» over and over to the same people sooo many times it was embarrassing. So all in all if you want a great sandwich go to Which Wich.

It seems that I’m on the constant quest here in Pflugerville for a quick, somewhat healthy lunch. Well, I’ve found it. Being the picky eater I am, they’ve created these bags with your options on them and all you’ve gota do is circle what you want with a(provided) red sharpie. LOVELOVELOVE. I swear everywhere else I go where someone else is taking my order, SOMEthing is incorrect. The staff is SUPERDUPER friendly and I literally could eat here every single gosh darn day. Try my fav creation: on wheat bread: chicken, hummus, cucumber, tomato, lettuce, mozzarella. HEAVEN.

The wife called on Wednesday night and told me to meet her at Which Wich Sandwich near Tinseltown Theater in Pflugerville so we could get the 99 cent sandwich special. Which Wich was running a all day all sandwiches for 99 cents. What a deal! So I hopped into my Bat Mobil and scootered on over. When I arrived my wife was already in line, however the line was out the door and a double line inside. I am now guessing a lot of other people had the same idea. YES, 99CENTSSANDWICH! I had my doubts about waiting in that long a line but the wife overrode me and we stayed. Well 30 minutes later we were at the counter and ordered the line was still out the door. We had grabbed the brown sack and marked our sandwich order and ingredients on the sack and gave it to the order taker. We both got combos with shakes and chips. Out total bill was $ 9.75. It seems to me that was a lot more than $ 2; OK we did get the shakes and chips. I had the meatloaf sandwich and she had the ham sandwich. We were lucky and found a table and ate, the sandwich was good, and by the way the line was still out the door! We left, and the line was still growing, I am guessing if all the Which Wich places were that busy they did really well Wednesday night. Would I go back? My wife likes the sandwiches and told me would be back. So I guess the cards say I will be returning soon!
