New in town looking for a nice juicy burger and I found the juiciest burger in town. Tried the Mexican burger and it was very delicious and the bread was great and never went soggy like in other places. Very clean and friendly staff.

In town overnight and was looking on Unilocal for something, saw Gridiron so I thought I’d give then a try as I like a good burger and they definitely have good ones, at least the pizza one I had was. Tried the fried pickles and they were well prepared but too salty for my taste buds.

Saw it on groupon and decided to try it out, without reading reviews. Burgers: Amazing burgers! I went with the Mexican and my bf went with the Mushroom Swiss. We both gave it our #1 burger rating in the valley, and we’ve tried almost all the local favorites. I give it my all time best burger in juiciness and meat quantity. Produce was fresh and in perfect amounts. Sides: We got fries and onion rings. Both were delicious, but nothing significantly more amazing than standard sides. Environment: Big TVs, good amount of space, standard bathrooms, overall very clean and welcoming. Owner said they plan to move soon as an upgrade. Didn’t seem like they needed better facilities, but I can imagine it may get crowded with hungry patrons longing for those amazing burgers.(We went at 11am so not many customers yet.) Owner was super friendly and omg can they make a damn good burger here. Highly recommend!

Decided to try this place after having it recommended to me so many times AND… …it was ok. Nothing really special about the burgers other than them being kinda unique. I had the Frito Pie burger which is exactly what it sounds like: a sloppy burger with chili, cheese, and Fritos stacked on and covered by a toasty bun(the toasted bun was actually pretty good.) Another commenter on this place mentioned something about the meat tasting like soy… The meat did have an odd texture, almost mushy. My GF tried the Patty Melt burger(at least I think that’s what it was called) she only ate half because she said the meat was«weird…» The fries were pretty good as far as fries go, nothing revolutionary. Overall it was ok. Nothing to write home about. Service was good, place seemed pretty clean which is really good. I’d try it out again, but honestly, at least in my opinion, the place is hyped up a bit more than it can deliver.

First time here. Decided to go because of the Unilocal reviews and I’m so glad I did! I got the Patty Melt burger and it was amazing! So delicious and just what I was looking for. It’s a small little place but food was great and service was nice and quick!

Great patty melt, fries, and onion rings. I was expecting a more extensive burger menu though. Nice place all in all. I would give it 5 stars if it wasn’t so damn pricey. I’d go back although maybe once a month because of the prices. A+ food though! :)

Nice little place in Pharr tx. The atmosphere and staff are great here. The burgers are good, I tried the recommended Mexican burger which was pretty tasty and tasted fresh. The seasoned fries are also tasty here. Prices are decent, parking is easy and the service is quick. We visited just after lunch time on a Thursday.

Nice little place hidden in Pharr. We only found out about the place because of Unilocal.I have to say that I’m glad we tried it. The place is clean and the service is great. We walked in and we were greeted right away. The menu is pretty good too. The prices are great for such great tasting burgers. I tried the hot Cheetos with cheese burger. It was definitely the first hot Cheetos with cheese burger I’ve tried, and i loved it. Their seasoned fries were great. The servings are huge! Definitely will come back to this place.

Damn I love these burgers. Big and juicy, and can be customized with different toppings. Only downside is that they are not open Sunday’s.

Good little burger place hidden in downtown Pharr. Burgers are large and freshly made. Fries are seasoned and delicious. They don’t skimp on the appetizers either, if you plan on starting off with an order of fried pickles or mushrooms you better be packing an appetite because they give you a monster serving. Prices are decent and service is quick. Been here twice, will definitely be back for more.
