They’ve installed windows in my house 8 years ago and since that I’ve recommended them to all of my friends and family.

Last year I had a new front entry door installed. Today I called customer service to service the door, and I was asked for the contract number. I told the person who answered the phone I did not have a contract number and he was very rude to me saying that without the contract number there’s nothing he can do. I inquired why he could not look it up with my name, and he said because of my last name there might be more than one customer. It boggles my mind that in today’s electronic world that they do not have a computer system and just type in my name and bring up my file! The customer service with this company is ridiculously horrible and to say that they have bad customer service would imply that they have customer service, which they do not!
