This store is absolutely horrible and I will NEVER return to this store. I had absolutely horrible service from the employees. I was trying to order an iPhone 6 but the employee took down my name but never bothered to order the phone. I received incorrect information from the employees and serious lack of interest in helping me. Do yourself a favor and go to the official AT& T store on 16th street where you will receive much better service.

I’m so glad I wrote the ‘check in’ for this location when I did because it made me instantly remember how BAD this AT&T «store» is. Not only did no one care when I walked into an empty store on my lunchbreak, no one could help me with anything because they are not stocked at all for the size of the place. I used to work for god awful Sprint when I was in college, both at the store level and corporate level(when they merged with Nextel) so I know that in my current situation I am a sure fire benefit to anybody that said«hello». I’m no longer on my contract, I’m definitely looking to buy a new phone, and I want the new LG G watch R. That is like a commissions trifecta. These employees didn’t even attempt to see what i needed, were indifferent when I asked questions on a new phone(which you HAVE to because 90% of the store is dummy models), and they didn’t have any of the phones or accessories for me to see. The only redeeming quality was the one young female employee that at least tried to apologize for their lack of stock, but you could tell it was going to be pretty soon before she was going to be influenced by her more than lazy more«experienced» coworkers. It’s a shame because now that I work in the area, I thought it would be an easy fit. The thing I always like about AT&T(especially over Sprint) is their customer service.

Went in yesterday to preorder an iPhone 6. It was kind of late, and they helped me even past the official closing time. The manager Phill was really friendly and efficient. I generally find phone stuff to be overly complicated and aggravating, but this was simple and totally painless.

Shockingly rude service. The associate I spoke to addressed me like a naughty child and let me know that it was AT&T customer service(i.e. not his job) to answer my questions over the phone. This branch deserves their poor reviews.

Walked to AT&T in the snow storm the other week when my old Android finally took a nose dive into freeze/shut-off constantly status. PROS: The guys in the store were helpful, I had a $ 25 off coupon«with trade-in». The salesman called his manager and agreed to give me the discount even without trading in my old phone so that was a nice perk! I got the Samsung S4, and have been happy with it’s performance(even though it is larger than I would have liked). CONS: The salesman did try to sell me a case for $ 35 – 40, and tell me the ones online were not going to protect my phone which I found really annoying because I have always purchased cases online for MUCH cheaper than the AT&T store. I declined and purchased the exact case I wanted for under $ 5 on ebay that night. When he was helping me get my gmail contacts loaded he got confused, and almost deleted everything… luckily the other salesman jumped in to save the day and my life. I would return to this store, though they close earlier in the evening that I would expect most phone stores to close. I think they closed at 5 on Saturday.

I came here expecting to have the usual painful experience of getting a new phone. My phone had been broken for weeks and I broke down to come in and get the iphone. There was only one other customer when I walked in and I was helped immediately. Any hurdles that normally would have taken long waits on the phone with customer service or similar solutions were handled in no time. I was in and out of there quickly and painlessly. While we were there, my boyfriend also asked about a problem he had been having with his bill. He had previously worked with someone in the mall AT&T and also called to get it resolved. Both times, he was told it was fixed and came to find out later that it wasn’t. When he asked at this location, they told him that it wasn’t adjusted on his bill and they helped him take care of it then and there. I’d say that this location is definitely the least painful of all AT&T locations I’ve been to(and I break my phones A LOT so that’s saying something…)
