CVS Pharmacy

This must be the best CVS in the Philadelphia region. The pharmacists and technicians are very customer friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Because of the location they must get a wide variety of costumers in the store and get their fair share of challenges. Nicole is one of the best pharmacists that I’ve ever dealt with. She always has a smile on no matter the time of day or night. I’d recommend all of my coworkers to switch their prescriptions here.

Since opening, this CVS is my go-​to corner drugstore. Very clean inside! Easy to deal with pharmacy. Sometimes they are out of items though which is a bummer.
Good selection of grab and go food items, and never that long of a wait at the registers with super friendly cashiers.

The cashier Melissa is extremely rude. When I asked for my cash back to be broken down as she had her drawer open she slammed the door shut and called on for the next customer. I had been waiting in line for 10 minutes already — I told her it was rude to rush me when I had been waiting for service. I had to ask the cashier next to her for the money to be broken down. She then said «next customer» and basically waved me off. I told her that was really rude and I was awfully controlled and polite yet she rudely responded «I have a line.» I know I was in the line for 10 minutes waiting! The manager had to tell her to stop arguing with me. I don’t understand how this was okay and she should not be working at the register with this kind of attitude. I attend this store everyday but there is a ⁷⁄₁₁ across the street and there are other places to go to in the vicinity. I don’t need to go to CVS everyday and I won’t.

Very clean and nice! The staff was very helpful and friendly. The coupon machine wasn’t working and they helped to get me my coupons. So nice!

I had a 25% coupon and what better place to use than a brand new CVS?
As of this writing this location has been open for approx 3 weeks.
It’s clean, well stocked and the items that have been replenished already are neatly restocked. Twice I was asked if I needed help finding something which is a pleasant surprise. When I checked out I found the cashier to be kind and pleasant. Great customer service.
There is a high amount of foot traffic here so I imagine CVS will do a great deal of business here.

This brand new CVS is the best in the area! So clean and well-​stocked. I found everything I needed (never happens at the 11^th and Market location) and the staff was so nice! The cashier was polite and well-​dressed and apologized several times for not having a bag large enough for my paper towels, which I never expected to find anyway! To boot, it wasn’t crowded during lunch time which is the most major plus of all. In and out in just a few minutes! Will gladly walk a little farther to get everything in one stop.
