Bally Pizza

I was sorry to see some of the low reviews. this is my go pizza shop for delivery. I don’t order pizza so much, but the sandwiches and other menu items make a good Friday night or Saturday Night dinner plan. they run daily special combos whose prices can’t be beat. the only other place I might use is Carnival II. never had a problem with staff or my order, they may take some time with deliveries but they always tell about how long and are usually there before the time they say.

That stromboli was dry and tasteless. Even after I specifically asked for extra cheese there was barely any cheese inside. Never again, but thanks anyway.

Food is AMAZING !!! Number 1 on my list, Only negative is the one lady that answers the phone, There are 2, The one with the foreign accent is terrible, She can’t understand or hear anything you say and when she can hear you she still has to ask the other young lady (how is terrific when i call and she answers) to help her figure something out, The foreign lady needs to be in the back cutting cheese or doing something that don’t require talking to customers

I was always enjoy trying new places… and I have to admit. my wings were good… the pizza on the other hand… was a complete disaster… see my picture… that is how it arrived (minus my attempt to eat a slice)…no cheese on pizza because it was stuck to the sides and top of the pizza box… dough was wet and raw… I was too mad to even call and complaim… my recommendation is to avoid this place like the plague. .carnival pizza is better and has always delivered pizza with cheese still on it

This is my second time ordering from this restaurant. The food has been pretty quality, but the customer service was terrible this time around. The delivery man was incredibly rude, and I was in disbelief. When I answered the door, I was going through my wallet for cash so I could pay the man and tip him. He very brashly and condescendingly said, «Well, are you gonna take the bag or something?» talking about my food which he was still holding… for only 5 seconds, if that. While it’s not the worst that could happen, there is absolutely no reason for him to have treated me that way. Not sure if I’ll be ordering from this establishment again.

Great location. Even greater customer experience. I’ve been to Ballys a few times but on my most recent visit I was able to have a 10 minute conversation with the store owner. He took the time to speak to me which meant a lot and truly shows that he cares about the business as well as the people who enter the store. Check it out when you have a chance.

Just ordered some Buffalo WINGS!
with Teriyaki Sauce. Lets just say I died and went to Heaven after taking one Bite.
Bleu cheese looked a little watered down and that’s my only complaint. I don’t really need the bleu cheese since it’s not hot wings (hot sauce).

I’ve lived here a week and have ordered from here twice already. Delivery arrives quickly and hot. I just had the breaded buffalo wings and they were AMAZING. They were hot, crispy but not too crispy, and the sauce was just the right amount of tang and spice. I originally thought they were going to be boneless because they were called «wing dings» but they are in fact boned.
I give them 4 stars instead of five because they delivered the wrong pizza. I called as soon as I opened the box and realized the mistake and they are sending over the corrected pizza.

I ordered here from grubhub, which I assume would leave less room for error! COME ON! my order wasn’t taken over the phone by someone who wasn’t paying attention, and it wasn’t scribbled down in someones illegible handwriting where it’s possible to misread it! IT WAS TYPED UP ON A COMPUTER! AHHH
The food here is mediocre at best, and that’s actually being kind, honestly it’s probably because my partner loves their stromboli, but I personally thought it lacked hella flavor. I mean how can you not have enough flavor in a plain stromboli! it’s like screwing up cheese pizza! AN ABSOLUTE ABOMINATION, (which may I add happens more oft than not in philly *sigh*)
I must also say that due to a technical error on grubhub they did not have a section where one could order appetizers, so I called to ensure they had cheese fries and was told to put that in the notes section and they’d add it to the order. OK perfect, or so I thought, there menu has a plethora of fries, I ordered PLAIN CHEESE FRIES, and someone that meant I wasn’t MOZZARELLA STEAK FRIES! NO NO NO NO NO!!! I despise fat french fries, and mozzarella sauce on fries is never good for me, especially when it’s on steak fries, eww. I still wonder why the did that to me.

I will never order from here again and it’s sad beacuse the food is decent. I’ve ordered here three times and each time it took about 1 ½ hrs for the food to come, I called and asked to speak to a manger but he was too busy! I was told they’d take care of me after making me wait over an hour the third time but apparently taking care of someone means giving them a cold pizza! I threw the menu out and will not recommend this to the other 500 neighbors I have.
