I like this McDonalds. Employees usually get my order right and if something is wrong, they correct it without hesitation. It’s clean inside, big kitchen which is great for workers to maneuver and not over top of the food. Staff are cordial and do their jobs. Only qualm is the lines being longer than desirable and occasional unfriendly worker.

Extremely slow service. Then they never apologize for being slow. Should not take 15 minutes in a drive through. They are not customer service friendly at all wish I didn’t even have to give them one star

I got a bacon ranch salad today and it was horrible. The greens weren’t fresh and it looked like it was made days ago. I noticed when I got home so I didn’t have time to go back. This why I really don’t like McDonald’s.

Went to the drive thru and got some fries, because I was craving for it. Overall it was an okay experience. Nothing special.

Probably the worst McDonald’s in Philadelphia. Slow service, COLDFOOD and ignorant employees. If your fries are hot you’re in luck. If you get an extra burger or fries in your bag(from the ignorant employees) you’re even luckier. More than three times I’ve drove off GLADLY with extra goodies. Not that its a bad thing on my part but they clearly don’t pay attention. I’d hate to be the one who has to wait for food because they passed it off.

This McDonald’s isn’t in the worst shape as far as aesthetic and design. It looks nice from the outside and the drive thru allows for two vehicles to order at the same time. The problem is the service. It has to be a management issue. This McDonald’s is always busy which isn’t an excuse. You only have to travel one block away to find a Chick-Fil-A that is even busier but providing excellent service. I’m giving it one star because there have been several incidents. One time I waited 25 minutes in the drive-thru and once you’re in line, you can’t get out. I have received poor service on a couple of occasions. I have also had an incorrect order once before at this location. I have called the customer service line for this location and left a detailed message about my experience and didn’t receive any feedback. To contrast that, I once received cold fried at a Chick-Fil-A and left a note on the comment card. That same week I received a phone call from the manager himself apologizing and offering to make it right by giving me a coupon for my next fry purchase. Anyways, it’s not all McDonald’s locations. I am not anti-McDonald’s. I admire the success they enjoy and the inexpensive quick food they serve. This location, however, is falling far too short in terms of customer service.
