It’s a little messy but not bad. The service is so slow. I watched two people leave the store because they’d been waiting so long in line… glad they were in front of me. Note– don’t go on a Friday night… the lines take at least 20 minutes and they only keep two people ringing customers…

This Banana Republic Factory Store is located right near where I live and I heard great reviews about it so I decided to check it out. I am a bit too curvaceous for their pants, they go up to size 14 only so I struck out there. I’m not sure why they only go to 14 because Gap Outlet goes to 18 and they’re in the same chain. Anyways, I do fit comfortably into some of their blouses and I found a Large sized long sleeved slate blue top which is super comfy and stylish. I can dress it up or down and its my new favorite shirt! I bought it and I also saw some stylish cardigan sweaters which I would have tried on if I didn’t have tons of sweaters at home. The floor and dressing room staff were very helpful and friendly and offered an honest opinion on style and fit but not pushy at all. They get 5 stars! I’ll definitely come back!

How did I not know that a BR factory store opened up in center city? I asked and apparently they opened in December. Well, I am certainly glad I’ve found out now! A good portion of my closet is from Banana Republic and I’m always happy to add more to the collection. A lot of things were remarkably cheap – $ 19.99 for long sleeve button ups, 50% of sweaters, and pretty much at least 30% off everything else in the store. All in all, I walked away with 2 ties and 3 shirts for around $ 120. Not a bad deal at all. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the workers here seemed like they all hate their jobs. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed any help, I even barely got a «hello» while I was checking out. Liven it up, please!

Was really happy to know that a great brand store was being added soon to Chestnut Street. Got even happier to learn that this is a factory store. Visited the store after work. They were still in the process of placing items on racks and scanning. Customer service was a little off. Only one of the guys there asked if I was doing okay. No one was at the fitting room to count the pieces of clothing. At the register it took me 15 min to check out. We were only three customers, including myself. Not good! They had a nice collection of clothing for men and women. There’s also a petites section which is great for people like myself. Sales range from 30%-70%. There was an additional 30% on top of the clearance items — thumbs up! Left happy with my purchase because I was able to find what I needed. Will be back but definitely not during a busy time of the day.
