Ordered from Steve’Steaks for delivery. Our address is off 4 main streets and the location is precise on Google Maps. We were called by a belligerent delivery person for directions. He argued with us about where we are located! He was yelling up and down the street instead of looking for our apartment. He also did not speak proper polite English. We will not be ordering from them again. Terrible customer service!

I love this place! The signage is a bit confusing, it’s Bianca pizza and steves steaks. I stop here for a slice on my way home from work about once a week. Everyone is always so friendly, they are fairly fast and the pizza is awesome. My favorite is the white pizza with spinach and plum tomatoes, delicious!

Tomato and spinach pizza was average. But I like healthy veggie toppings so they get a three star rating from me. I was eyeing the chicken bbq pizza but no meat today since I wasnt feeling so great. Nice place to sit and chill but no wifi internet to use here. Was here just looking for something different other than Lorenzos yummmie pizza. I like a place to sit and eat, ya know. Well off to the 24 hour gym nearby to chill… lol. Only reason I came by was exploring night… the cool thing about living nearby-looking around for a new place to chill instead of staying home late at night cus ur just bored. So ya wander around as a city night nomad and professional Unilocaler.

The pizza is okay, but the caprese salad was tiny, in a huge container and drowning in a pool of balsamic vinaigrette. May give it another try in the future just for the pizza.

Okay, so today I was lazy and didn’t want to walk the extra two blocks to go to Lorenzo’s & Sons for the mega slice of Pizza I get on Tuesdays. Lorenzo’s is $ 3.00 incl tax. I Knew(well based on last time) that Bianca’s plain slice was $ 2.25PLUS tax but was smaller(about half of a Lorenzo slice. So I went there(Bianca) and ordered a plain slice. When I got my change I saw it was $ 3.00/slice.I asked if price went up and the owner said«Yes, it’s bigger, about 1 ½ slices. Well, it wasn’t it was a LITTle larger but still 2⁄3 size of Lorenzos. And there was MUCH less cheese. Basically a «boring slice». At least they changed so you can order a slice(if you want) and stand at a counter and eit it rather than having a waitress take your order. But honestly, with Lorenzos a block away this is not even a possible choice for a slice.(their sandwiches are decent but not earth shaking). This former«Steve’s Steaks» place is still trying to figure out how to fill this large — generally empty — space.)

First visit to Bianca, drawn in by sign indicating they offer gluten free pizza and pasta dishes. I ordered a GF pie to go(comes in one 10″ size) for my husband — not celiac, fortunately, but committed to eliminating gluten for health reasons. While waiting for the GF pie, plus an order of chicken marsala(with GF penne pasta), I had to try a slice of their regular pizza — which was enticingly on display. The sausage, red sauce slice was fantastic. Crust was slightly crispy, a bit chewy, just right amount of crumbled sausage.(If I’d ordered a whole pie of that, I’d have ordered less cheese but it was a large, very enjoyable slice of pizza.) Just the kind of pizza you imagine when you’re craving it. Took the order home, it was well received but… while the chicken marsala dish comes with a small side salad(mixed greens, large slabs of cucumber, small piece of slightly under-ripe plum tomato in the height of tomato season) the dish does not include green veggie — good I’d thought to order a side of spinach. There were nice slices of sundried tomatoes on the Marsala, yet the mushrooms used are just white button mushrooms — which have little of the health benefits or the earthy, mushroomy taste of a shiiatake, morel, or portabello. Good amount of chicken — pounded thin.(Which they elected to do grilled as they normally dredge in flour otherwise. Good and important catch that I hope they NEVER miss with true celiacs.) Gluten free pizza was good, but the crust was more cracker-like than others I’ve had which were more like flatbread pizza crusts.(They come from an outside company with secure baking facility that provides them sealed on a baking tray which protects from cross-contamination in the ovens.) I ordered with eggplant(which was roasted perfectly and NOT breaded), onions, and less cheese. I thought it was a perfect balance. Maybe a touch more red sauce would have been great. As we prefer to eat organic, non-GMO, no antibiotics it’s not likely Bianca will become a regular destination for us. I think they take a fresh but cheaper route to sourcing their food. But, it was delicious and well-prepared and I really liked that slice of regular pizza. I agree, they should have a counter or some high tops near the front(as they have in the owner’s former restaurant) to let people eat a quick slice without the fuss of table service; it would be a very good marketing idea. South Street has a high volume of casual eaters and they are intimidating money to walk away! From the brightly lit signage, and casual posting of signs in the window, and long display of pies by the slice as you enter, they put themselves forward as a pizza joint. The sit-down restaurant portion in the back is a nice addition but those platter dishes are hidden on the back of their take-out menu and nothing about the façade or entrance would lead diners to know there’s a real restaurant there. Server was great. Manager(owner?) taking orders was very helpful. Enjoyable place.

I, too, really really REALLY wanted to like Bianca Pizza. I’ve lived and worked in this neighborhood for five years. A new quick pizza joint would have been lovely. We decided to order it on Thursday for lunch. We all had something different so I can vouch that this is a fair and thorough review. I had the chicken cutlet sandwich with provolone and longhots. I was really disappointed when I opened the foil. The sandwich was EXTREMELY scant. The chicken cutlet was around 2 mm thick. There was a single longhot and two slices of provolone cheese. Seriously, this is the poorest made sandwich I’ve had in a long time. I don’t know where they get off calling it a chicken cutlet. What a mockery of Italain cuisine! The bread was fresh and soft. Not enough to compensate. My coworker had a chicken Caesar salad. In a phrase, it was«eh.» Also chincy on the chicken, dressing, and lettuce. Another coworker had the wings which weren’t bad but they weren’t very crispy. Idk if they’re fried or what but they paled in comparison to other wings. The white pizza was good. I’d stay away from the sandwiches and salads for now. My suggestion to this establishment would be to either raise their prices and increase their portions or to decrease prices and leave portions the same with a well-written and clearly stated disclaimer.
