Unsatisfactory service! Dropped off 2 jeans and one pants, before 9am Monday! Told ready on Wednesday came in on Thursday still not ready have to come back tomorrow. This place like the plague there a better dry cleaners around

I gave this place two chances. I wanted to use them because I live in the same building. Now I walk 6 blocks to my new dry cleaner. Why? I drop off my shirts less to be cleaned and more to be ironed, but here they come back so wrinkled as to be unwearable. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I doubt it.

OK. Not great. They cleaned my suit, but it came back with staples left in the jacket label and the belt loop on the pants. There were also small stains remaining, which came off with a damp cloth. I wouldn’t use them again.

They will have your dry cleaning ready on time, without a hassle. They offer same-​day cleaning, though I haven’t used that yet.
You may want to double-​check they understand your request. At first they said they couldn’t do it as soon as I needed (end of day tomorrow). However, after I explained again, they understood and it was ready on time.
