In more recent years, I’ve grown to like the off the grid feel and gotten to know the bartenders(Franni and Karen most especially). While like I said the takeout for 40’s is like $ 5 a piece and a 6 pack is like $ 12−15…staying a bit and having drinks is a different story, A bucket of nips is only $ 8, but, they will do different beers at times for about $ 15 – 20 when it would normally be like $ 30 if you were buying them individually. Well drinks are $ 3 for a very good size single and $ 6 for a double that is also more than enough. No dinky rip-offs here. The only thing they don’t have is Long Islands… It’s not they don’t have ingredients, but, you will be charged for all of them making it cost like $ 14. The owner hasn’t gotten around to buying the premade stuff and I’m not sure she ever will. This doesn’t change my review, but, I thought it was amusing. One night recently I went in to get 40’s to take over a friend’s house. I do look young still despite approaching my mid-20’s so I was carded by a newer bartender; a brunette no older than 25. Not only did she not know there was both horizontal and vertical cards to designate 21+ and under 21, but, she was like,“Wait.you’re 21 right?” after looking at my birth-date. Have been for a couple years, honey… XD She must get ready for her head to roll after her shifts over the till if she can’t even do basic math,
