Dunkin’ Donuts

We travel extensively and have been to DD all over the U.S. But I have to honestly say this staff is the rudest group and their superiors are even ruder. I requested a combo coffee & bagel w/​cream cheese $ 3.89 on menu. I tried to follow as she was ringing up several different things and when I was told my total was $ 6.13 I questioned it. Of course due to the language barrier the only thing I could understand was I was being charged 1.29 for the small container of cream cheese. False advertising since the menu specifically stated bagel w/​cream cheese & MD coffee. Also please don’t play the I don’t understand or speak in your foreign language when addressing my concerns and try to speak so that your customers can understand. am a paying customer and I chose your establishment to do business but understand customer service can make or break a business along with reviews from dissatisfied customers with valid concerns and issues. If you choose to go here please make sure you clarify your order and address your concerns. You have been warned

The staff here seemed annoyed that I was giving them business. Plus the man taking my order pretty much laughed at me (or maybe my order?)! Either way I felt like they could use a crash course in business etiquette.

I know I’m eating at Dunkin donuts so I should not expect much. Some mornings you’re in a rush and you think to yourself «I walk by that dunks every morning, maybe I’ll treat myself.». About one of the least appetizing things is watching them screw up your order and then fix it by piecing another order together. That’s what happened to me.
I ordered egg-​white, turkey sausage on a multigrain bagel. I wasn’t trying to be healthy, that’s what they had. I guess I can’t complain too much because it is Dunkin Donuts, but try a little for pete’s sake. If you mess up the order and put my egg-​white turkey sausage cheese concoction on a flatbread, just politely let me know and remake it. No biggie. Don’t scrape it off the flatbread, put it on a bagel and then hand it to me. If I next ask you why you could not just make me another one, don’t pretend you don’t understand english.
Skip this place. Like other things in the gallery (from what I’ve heard), this place is trash.

I believe this one is actually the dunkin donuts in the concourse level of the Gallery. This dunkin donuts has a lot of traffic and they do a decent job of keeping things running efficiently throughout the day. I guess my one gripe is that you really need to know what you want before you get in line. They efficient to the point of getting irritated if you are in line and not ready to order. I suppose i should get my order set before I come near the line and probably would have a better experience.
