Cheap store they can never give me more coffee less ice and every time I order they’re too busy socializing to remember that they forgot to give me my sandwich. I spend a lot of money at Dunkin donuts (unfortunately) but this store will never get my business again after today

Fire the current staff and hire better ones. I don’t know why bad employees are allowed to keep working. Half awake and can barely get an order down. Hire people who can take and make orders, clean up the place, and maybe smile once in a while.

There’s an unfortunately creepy guy who works at this DD. today he managed to make me feel so uncomfortable that I stood behind my fiancée until we left. While we ordered with a female who has now been totally rude to us, we watched the creep be extra rude to his customer.
When the customer ordered his dark roast coffee, creepy dude was busy staring at me. So when the dude asked again the creeper told the customer «you wanted dark roast. Well you didn’t ask me for dark roast.» And then sauntered off mumbling under his breath. The customer looked at me and frowned and kinda shrugged in that «I have no clue what’s going on» kinda way.
Meanwhile upon arriving home with the drink I ordered which I couldn’t drink until then as it was hot of course, I realized my smores hot chocolate was nothing but a plain hot chocolate.
This is my third experience here and safe to say my last.

The Oregon Avenue and 4th Street Dunkin Donuts. When it is quiet it is a nice place to study because they are 24 hours. I love those spots. Gem find after libraries! Where parking isnt ever an issue. Don’t eat too much donuts. Diabetes type 2, guys.

Unilocaling a DD? Well don’t mind if I do. This place is a hit or miss depending on the time that you get here. Sometimes you’ll get hours old coffee and sometimes you’ll get ones that are freshly brewed. I’m always pissed when they serve me old coffee at in between hours. Why can’t they be like Starbucks?
