I’ve dealt with Ideal Tool for several years now. Started out with a broken tool (hammer drill if I remember correctly) that they were able to fix for me, and at a reasonable price. Over the years I believe I have had some interaction with everyone there. I have always been treated well by everyone, and the knowledge of tools, proper maintenance, and tips & tricks to keep them running at their best is invaluable. I have purchased tools and accessories through Ideal many times now, have had service and repairs performed, and all to the highest standards. They have always been fair and honest; telling me the truth when something is not worth the time or money to repair. Often times they were able to offer a new or refurbished tool at a fair price as a replacement, but not always. I note this as this is what has proven their honesty to me. I don’t feel that they have ever tried to upsell me, and only offer options to help me better decide how to move forward.
I most frequently deal with Jason, who has gone well above and beyond what is expected countless times. He has proven to be a crucial part of keeping my business operating smoothly. He carries a ton of information in his head; and will find an answer to any question or inquiry if he doesn’t already possess the knowledge needed.
I have personally referred several other friends and business associated to Ideal and have never received anything but positive feedback. At this point if I need (or want) a tool my first stop is always Ideal Tool.
