Joey Joe;s has the best homemade chicken meatballs. Its nice having a place that has pre made foods when you need a break from frying, cooking. The meats are ground fresh so if you need ground beef in a pinch Joe will do it for you fresh. I am going today to get some of his pre cooked chicken cutlets, Just how mom makes them.
Stop by and check them out the store is clean and the service is south philly friendly.

For me its all about the bread if it aint good then the sandwich is no good in my book. Joey joes has really good sandwiches I love there turkey and cheese in a SESAME hoagie! yumm

Joey Joe’s is one of my favorite local delis. An easy two blocks from my house and a great place to grab a tasty hoagies, some fresh meats, some deli salads, sandwich rolls, and much more.
It is a family owned place with a wonderful staff that are always really nice. Highly recommended.
