Joe is a phenomenal realtor! He is very trustworthy, knowledgeable, and prompt. As a first time homebuyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Joe was very patient and walked me through every step of the process. He was excellent at finding properties that were a great fit for me. Joe made the process very enjoyable and educational. I hope to work with him again in the future and will recommend him to everyone I know.

Joe is an excellent relator! As soon as we selected him to work with us he immediately got to work and sent us comps and detailed info within minutes. Joe has amazing tips on selling a house, had our best interest at all times, stayed very informative and worked hard in every aspect of our move. We were extremely happy to work with Joe. He is a great family man who has a great knowledge of real estate. I would recommend him to anyone!!!

As first-​time home buyers, Joe was very patient with our questions, however naïve they may have been. He was respectful of our price range and did not show us properties that would have been unrealistic for us (even though our budget was modest). We had a huge snafu the day of closing and Joe rearranged his day to resolve it with us. As a bonus, he is very personable and easy to talk to. Incredibly responsive with both phone and email. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone looking for a positive real estate experience.
