Bathroom: Fair,
Service: Pretty fast when i used to go,
To be honest, I haven’t been to KFC in years because of all the growth hormones and grease in their chicken and foods. It tears my poor tummy up like crazy. But, when i did eat from them, the presentation of the food was always on point. No sloppy containers, no spills, no cold food.

I don’t understand how KFC promotes and sells grilled chicken but they never have it. Literally every time I come to this location they state they’re always «out» of grilled chicken but when I pressure them as to how the hell they don’t have any grilled chicken and this is a chicken establishment, they change their answers to «oh never mind, we do have grilled chicken but only 2 pieces.» They act like how McDonalds employees treat their dipping sauces, like the grilled chicken is coming out of their own damn pockets, I don’t get it.
Oh and their service? Horrible. The female store manager that runs this location until they close during week nights needs to be fired or step down from her management position. I gave her the money for my food and drove off realizing she owed me $ 1. And for $ 1, which is my money, I went back to the drive through to let her know that I was still owed $ 1. So I can hear her huffing and puffing through the speaker to the other employees, «Oh forreal, they came back for a dolla (in her really ratchet voice), like who does that.» Lady, I do– I do that because it’s my money my «dolla» as you would say. There is no reason for anyone to catch an attitude because they can’t count. And let’s just say she doesn’t give $ 1 back to everyone let comes through the drive through, she’ll be making an extra income off of that too. KFC if you read this, please make sure your managers are positive leaders that your store employees can learn and watch from. Not like the trashy ratchet manager that can’t count or have a horrible ghetto mess attitude about giving me back MY «DOLLA.»

I love kfc but this place every time I go there you always have to wait. Wait 5 minutes for the chicken wait 5 minutes for the wedges, wait wait wait. That’s not the worst part you park outside and they forget about you. Will not be going back there. Went to the one on ogantz ave, they were polite and very quick service. No wait no wait no wait.
