This HAS to be the worst KFC in the country, if not the world. Not only is the building something reminiscent of Alcatraz — complete with bulletproof glass, confined spaces, and decaying façade, but the service is absolutely horrid. If you drive there and plan to dine in, there are only two parking spots, with one being handicapped parking, so plan on parking in the adjacent lot or on the very busy avenue. Good luck trying to order using the drive thru with their archaic intercom system. On the special occasion when they actually DO have product, odds are the staff will get it wrong. Maybe if you didn’t have to shout through the thick glass or the drive thru speaker system actually worked, there might be a chance to get your order right… the first time. Do not expect a warm greeting, if any at all. Do not expect expedited service, they take the«fast» out of the food. You can, however, expect a side of attitude. They give that abundantly and for free. Hopefully the new manager will get the right staff in place and the franchisee will in turn sink some money into the store… especially seeing as their competetor and neighbor, Burger King just underwent a complete refit. This KFC seems to be the trapped-in-time, red headed stepchild of the late, great Colonel Sanders. I wonder if the owner of the store ever comes in and experiences the same frustrations that the customers do. If so, I would like to share the experience with them, and would even pay for his or her meal… that is if they don’t mind waiting 18 minutes for the

I have never seen a Kfc with bulletproof glass. Waited 30 mins in the drive. And they still could not get it right. Had to repeat my order several times at the loud speaker. Got to the window and they had no idea what I order. Had to repeat my self several times at the window. Gave her my credit card and she gave me cash back? Never again.
