I found a comfortable pair of shoes on clearance at the store, and was ready to wear them out of the store. At the cash registrar, the clerk informed me that the sticker price wasn’t coming up. So had the embarrassing moment of taking my shoes off in line and then heading to customer service, who confirmed that other sizes of the shoe had the same sticker, but were not on clearance. If this was a well run store with happy employees and responsive management, they would have just given the customer the discount before pulling the items off clearance and everyone saves face. BUTIT’S NOT. So it’s worth traveling a few miles further for a less embarrassing, better run store. It’s also kind of filthy to begin with, so this clearly isn’t one of the company’s flag ship stores…

This Kmart is absolutely disgusting. It had to be the worst shopping experience of my life. Pat the store manager is the worst manager in the history of any customer service setting. Complete barfbag. I ordered an online item. Received a confirmation to get my item and found out after an hour wait in this hell whole that it was not available. And then the manager got an attitude with me while in the middle of the store. There were about 15 people still in line at customer service waiting for things and they just took their grand old time. The store itself is disgusting and items are thrown all over the place. I would never shop here again in my life even if it was the last store on the face of the earth. Shithole. I can’t even believe I have to give this place one star just to write this review.

Such a good place to shop. Every section was organized completely and workers were walking around actually trying to help customers out as best as possible. It was nice and clean around and even bathrooms were kept clean. Overall a great experience. Prices were also cheap. Would shop here again.

This Kmart. Is disgusting. It’s never clean & very disorganized. I can never find what I’m looking for. The kicker is the staff never knows where anything ever is. The quality of their items are poor. The food aisle had food open in the store. I mean really? No one is ever around to notice you got a bag of popcorn open on the floor? Or someone has spilled juices boxes on the floor and your shoes are stuck to the floor! Disgusting !

I gotta give credit to this K*Mart, they really impressed me with their selection this weekend. With summer just around the corner I decided it was time to buy some new capri dress pants for work. I would normally head to Kohl’s for this type of thing(I’m not trying to spend a million bucks at Banana Republic), but since there isn’t one nearby I decided to go to Target. After zero success there, I tried Joyce Leslie, Dots, and Rainbow. A woman at Rainbow suggested I try their OTHER store, next to K*Mart. As soon as she made her suggestion I thought, «K*Mart! Why not give THAT a shot!» I walked in and of course the store was messy, there were no sales associates, and only two registers open. However, the selection was ridiculous! I left with three capri dress pants and one pair of regular dress pants. I also got a couple shirts! And I didn’t pay over $ 20.00 for one item. I have gotten compliments on two of the pants that I’ve worn so far, and one of the shirts. I’m contemplating going back to get more colors. Don’t get me wrong, just because the selection was great doesn’t mean the store itself is great. It sucks. Really. No one was staffing the fitting rooms, and lucky for me two of the doors weren’t shut, so I was able to get in and try on some clothes. Had they been closed, I would have been screwed. Anyway — don’t underestimate!

I like this K-Mart because they manage to keep inventory stocked with both regular & seasonal items. I like to go fishing and to my surprise they stock fresh WORMS in the sporting goods section! Cool! I go there for all of my toner ink cartridges. I buy camping supplies and basic sporting goods there for my kids(football, soccer ball, basketball when they lose or puncture theirs). Lines aren’t that bad except for holiday times which is basically expected.
