DONOTSHOPHERE!!! VERYPOORQUALITYCLOTHINGANDDAMAGEDGOODS!!! COMPLETELYRUDEANDUNPROFESSIONAL! RETURNPOLICYIS A TOTALSCAM! Dirty little store with absolutely disgusting management. The quality of their clothes is POORPOORPOOR! I had an absolutely terrible experience at this store; specifically with the store owner. I purchased a dress that was sheer and beaded. It was difficult to inspect in the dressing room because of the sheerness. When I brought the dress home that night(Sunday), I tried it on over a slip and realized there was extensive damage to the dress(including fraying and missing beads in multiple sections of the dress). Although my receipt stated there(in my opinion; somewhat absurd return policy), I assumed the associates would be understanding and refund me my money for the damaged merchandise. I called the very first thing the next morning(Monday) to discuss my concern. The sales associate was very helpful and friendly and asked me to bring the dress back with the receipt and the return should be no problem. I drove into Philly the next day(I do not live close by) to obtain my refund and was denied and asked to come back when the store owner was available. Although I was discouraged, I understood that the sales associate could not make the transaction without a manager. I called the following day to ensure the presence of the owner and was told my a different associate to come in the following day. I was unable to go that day, so on Thursday I planned to return. I made a call to the store to confirm that the owner was available so as to not waste a trip. Not only was the manager there, but he REFUSED to speak with me directly on the phone and I was forced to communicate to this person via the associate who answered the phone. I was lied to and told he was in a meeting while I could hear his voice clear as day through the line. He was rude and had absolutely no concern or respect for the customer. He refused to refund me my money for the damaged merchandise that he sold me, and then had the audacity to accuse me of wearing the garment and ruining it and trying to scam them. NOTE: I called FIRSTTHING Monday morning to report the damage. While all the sales associates in this store were pleasant and tried to be helpful, the owner was an absolute UNPROFESSIONAL with extremely poor business skills. The ridiculous return policy should have been a red flag to me as to NOT purchase anything from the store. The friend I was with was also unsatisfied with the quality of the garment that she purchased. BOTTOMLINE: This«boutique» is a TOTALSCAM to slightly mark down expensive items(which are still quite pricey by way) in an effort to fool customers into buying damaged and poor quality merchandise. I have no doubt this store will not do well considering the incredibly poor managerial skills and unprofessionalism of the owner. I was so disappointed with their respect towards their customers and their utter disregard for allowing crap clothing leave their store at such high prices.

Love this place. If you ever need a «Brand New You» and can’t stand Forever21 anymore because everyone and their mama is wearing the same shirt– then this is your place to shop. There’s a great vibe here and I found a very nice dress from off the sale rack. Can’t beat 30% off.

I’m a big fan of this store and I am giving it a shout out on my fashion blog as well :) I discovered this place while exploring the neighborhood and it is now one of my regular weekly stops. It is packed with trendy and inexpensive goodies, and the best part is that they carry a few French Connection pieces — unfortunately a rarity in this area nowadays. They always have a good sale section and the employees are always nice, helpful and friendly. Definitely a boutique worth checking out!

For the ultra-girly with cash to spare, Lulu. ish is definitely worth checking out. The store is well stocked with trendy clothes that run on the bolder edge of the fashion spectrum(think glittery dresses, open back tops, cropped lace blazers) that would be perfect for a night out. That said, there’s plenty of eye candy for those with more subdued tastes as well. With summer upon us, Lulu. ish is prepared with cute summer dresses and gauzy tops and tanks galore. They also have a small selection of shoes(Dolce Vita sandals. drool!) and accessories to round out the shopping experience. I wouldn’t say the prices were cheap(average dress went for $ 50 and under, average tank hovered around $ 30) but compared to Old City boutiques, Lulu. ish is much more reasonable, given the quality of their merchandise.

Great selection of girly outfits & the prices are good. Don’t forget to check the sale rack in the back, that is where all the hidden gems are.

This little boutique is located on South St. which is a section i Philly filled with many boutiques and restaurants. There were so many unfortunately, I couldn’t visit all of them. This one in particular had a variety of very fashionable style women’s clothing and accessories. I found one of my favorite jeans, they actually look like slacks that I can wear to work, they fit so good!!! They also had different types of cute coats and vests that I would’ve purchased but don’t really need due to the fact that I live in Miami where it’s hot for the majority of the year!!! The prices were also very reasonable and I just i liked the fact that the articles in there didn’t have that I-got-it-at-the-mall look!!! I would definitely go back next time I’m in Philly!
