This review is on behalf of my boyfriend, who was a patient here up until this week. The doctor here has canceled and rescheduled every appointment he has had, making it difficult for him to get his foot treated. The first appointment was rescheduled because the doctor had an emergency. The morning of the rescheduled appointment, he was called by the office to come in asap because the doctor had an emergency, but he overheard the doctor talking in the hallway about how he didn’t want to be there because it was almost the weekend. His next appointment was also rescheduled last minute due to an emergency. It is evident that the office doesn’t make the patients the priority.

Let me start by saying I wanted to give zero stars but that’s not an option.
I called several days trying to make an appointment for suspected plantar fascia. This office didn’t answer the phone even one time! After finally leaving a message, I received a call back at 8:00 pm. I made an appt. for noon and when I went to my scheduled appt. I found the doors locked to the office. I called the office and finally someone answered only to tell me that they thought I was scheduled for earlier in the day. The receptionist asked that I reschedule. I expressed my disappointment in a not so nice way and told her she’s crazy to think I’d ever go back to this place.
I’m not sure how businesses like this are able to stay open. It was literally the most dysfunctional process from start to finish. These guys better get their act together because this office is a joke.

Been here multiple times for issues from running. Every time my issue was corrected. Jim corrected a condition I had for almost 10 years. Never thought that would have happened. Great professional service.
