The most prettiest best jewelry store and boutique ever! All the necklaces, earrings, pendants, charms, bracelets, rings shines like a star. Heard even celebrity and model Tyra Banks showcased this place on her TV show. So much bling! :) Thank you Nova Ice

I just Love this lil’ BLINGY shop! great collection of seasonal bling! I adore getting colorful accessories for each of my outfits, whether is work, beach or pool attire, and evening clubbing. Anything that glitters and CHEAP! I’m in like flynn. Most I pay is $ 7 to $ 15 each piece(never had a piece broken, but cheap enough to toss in the trash if it does). I will definitely stop by anytime. Gotta have my collection of earrings and hair goodies. plus rings and matching necklaces. What a great buy when you need a break from shopping between bloomies and NM :) lol I can buy costume jewelry at Macys but why pay more.

This place is what it is. If you’re looking for something cute and cheap(in terms of price and quality) you’ll find it. I’ll go there for occasionally for a quick gift for someone younger or to find accessories to wear a few times w/a particular outfit. Of course, don’t expect longevity out of any jewelry you buy there(or from Mandee, H+M etc). And if you buy it, you keep it. No returns of any sort; they make that pretty clear. They’ll often make you check your shopping bags at the front of the store, but so do a lot of stores in that area. Frankly I don’t mind because it frees up my hands while I’m shopping. Plus it’s a small place that get really crowded if everyone carries around big shopping bags. My main problem is I’ve recently been charged twice for something I bought there w/a credit card; which I think is inexcusable and incredibly shady. And it’s not exactly a stand-up business where you can complain to the corporate office. You may want to pay in cash.

They have some cute costume jewelry but everyone working in there is horrible you couldn’t pay me to go back in there. If you are African American be prepared to get followed track to track.

Nova Ice is great for trendy jewelry and fun costume pieces. It can be a little pricey, but definitely not as bad as other places. I like to look here when I have a specific idea/look in mind but don’t want to spend a ton of money. The stuff I’ve purchased here actually has held up much better and for much longer than I thought it would. I also prefer this location to the South St. ones, as it seems to be a little less crowded. Still, be ready! It’s a very popular place. If I see it looks on the empty side, I run in, since you never know when it’ll be that way again! Sometimes you do get the feeling of being watched, but it hasn’t ever really bothered me. They aren’t ever pushy, just watchful, which I can totally understand.

Meh. I don’t do costume. Sorry. But my 4 year old can spend 45 – 50 minutes in here playing and gawking like a kitten attracted to shiny, pretty objects. It’s a great way for me to entertain her for a while. I’ll even occaisionally buy her a trinket here — usually a bracelet.

WTF! Soon as you come in the door the staff there is watching you like an hawk. Dont let you have any bags with you because then their really on your back. You feel so uncomfortable because they follow your every move, especially if you take down some jewelry you would like to inspect before you buy. However the only reason I gave them a two because my bff shops there and she loves their jewlery. She gave me this cute necklace from their for my b-day and I love it. Other than you can’t pay me to go in there

I love the jewelry. Great stuff. I’ve already purchased 2 pairs of earrings there. I understand the store is filled with tons of tiny pieces but some of those people working there need to back off a little bit… i felt a tad uncomfortable while shopping. My bag is in plain site and so are my hands. Jeez! The awkward feeling though doesn’t hold me back. The stuff is well priced, and I love their 50’s styled jewelry and will continue to go back for new inspiring jewelry for outfits and such.

Love it. They have lots of cheaper costume jewelry that has held up really well for me.(I’ve had a few pairs of earrings and a choker that have held up since last year… impressive for inexpensive jewelry.) I like them best for clubbing/date/trendy jewelry. They have a huge selection of colors and styles, and are overall a nice gem in the city. They are a little pricey for costume jewelry, but way better priced than Express across the street at Liberty Place. You won’t see crappily made $ 70 plastic necklaces at Nova Ice, but you also won’t find a whole lot of $ 6 metal earrings(like at H&M). Note two things: they have a forcible bag check policy(as in, they’ll flag you down and half tackle you for your bag) and NORETURNS.(This is made pretty clear at the register.) Overall nice.

My teenaged sister was visiting me, and this place magnetized her in like I’ve never seen before. She loved the selection, the prices, and she blew most of her bank on Nova’s costume jewelry. Lo and behold, she gets home, and within two weeks, two pairs of earrings broke. I asked her to send me them, and I’d exchange them, receipt and all. When I stopped in, Nova wouldn’t work with me. I understand that the jewelry was like $ 12, but I think there should still be some accountability for quality, which there wasn’t. Disappointing.

Locations are everywhere and selections are pretty much everything. The store aesthetic won’t floor you and neither will the craftmenship of you wares, but for the price, this is the only place to get fleeting trends and extra accessories that no one will know aren’t expensive(if you shop correctly). Skip the fake diamonds and bling, if you are looking to fake a high-end look, and head for the scarves and headbands. A silk headband for about $ 4 at Nova Ice is about the same look as the ones they sell at Club Monaco, Bebe and countless others. Another sure bet: long beaded necklaces and anything sans cubic zirconia

My friend and I discovered this place while we were randomly walking up and down South Street. They have really cute jewerly at pretty decent prices! I bought two bracelets here two years ago and I still get compliments on them everytime I wear them! I’ve noticed that this place gets pretty crowded, so be ready to push through the crowds!

Great place to buy costume jewelry, especially trendy pieces that won’t be in style in a few months. There are TONS of pieces to choose, plus hair accessories and some handbags. The prices aren’t bad, either.
