Disclosure: I was last here in 1990. George and Nikki owned The Owl’s Nest back then — and it was great. It was really, really great around 1987. There were holes in the floors and a few dirty, wobbly tables. They also had a toilet in the basement you could use. George kept a baseball bat handy in case some unwanteds came in. The mozzarella cheese fries rocked. The gyros were pretty delish too. They delivered to the Johnson — Hardwick dorms and Temple Towers(which apparently no longer exists). So glad to see The Owl’s Nest is still there!

Probably the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. The fries that were given were soggy and looked like McDonald’s from across the street had thrown them in the dumpster and they picked it out. BYFAR the worst food on temple. I got the buffalo chicken sandwich and it tasted like vomit. ALSO the service was horrible. definitely would reccomend a soup kitchen before this joint.

Mega cheap prices means adequete food, which is exactly what I got. A breakfast sandwich and an OJ. The people were nice to me and that was all that matter. The space is a little depressing under the flourescent lights, but eh, what are you going to do? Super cheap. Not bad.

The rothlisberger was awesome; however, the environment was depressing and no one was happy. i have been sad ever since…

horrible. imagine a frat running a pizza place. the pizza is horrible, cept when you are drunk, only reason why I gave it a 2 star. It takes forever to get the food. maxi’s, plaza, and city view are much better places. Eddie’s is the best pizza on campus though.
