This place is fine for alterations in a quick pinch if you’re willing to shell out your entire paycheck. Outrageous prices for a mediocre job.

The place is expensive. They do an Ok job. On the plus side, it is convenient to most parts of Central Philadelphia/​Suburban Station, the employees are polite. I would only recommend this place for convenience.

This place is super expensive. Anyone who says otherwise is probably a fake reviewer. They do a decent job, but nothing special. I was looking for a basic hem on a jean dress and they wanted to charge me $ 30 for it, $ 35 if I wanted the same hem the dress already had. I’ve had a few things cleaned there over the years, same story — super expensive. The only reason they get away with their pricing is because they’re in a convenient location for lots of businesses.

I’ve been coming here every week for 5 years. The ladies make no effort to remember my name. And whenever there’s a problem (which has happened more times than there should be) they not only don’t apologize and acknowledge their mistake, but they give me the runaround of when the problem can be resolved. They tell me wehn to come back and invariably the problems are still not resolved and I have to come back again. And for my troubles? Absolutely nothing. They’ve never once even given me a discount. Oh, and most of them don’t speak any English, and the ones that do speak very broken English. If it weren’t for the convenient location I would have stopped going there 4 and a half years ago. But now I’m done with them once and for all. The convenience does not offset the aggravation.

The ladies who work here are very nice, but I sometimes think I could sew better, if I had a sewing machine at home. This week I took in a dress with a high/​low hem to be hemmed in an even fashion (high) and just straight across. I went to pick it up and it was still high/​low, but now it was extremely crooked. It was about 3 inches longer on the right side than the left side, in addition to not being hemmed straight. When I brought this mistake to their attention, they just kept saying «so you don’t like it?» That wasn’t really the point, it was that 1) they didn’t do what I asked and 2) it was crooked to the naked eye. I left it there for a redo, when I went to pick it up, it was still crooked, but I just took it and decided to cut my losses. :(

They got some 9-​month-​old chicken grease out of my suit, the price was reasonable, and it was turned around in 2 days.

1 star for the convenience – since I live around the corner, the hours and location are great;
+ 1 star for the friendly service – the Korean ladies are very sweet;
+ 1 star for the great dry cleaning
unfortunately, some alterations seemed to have been done carelessly and were pricey. i’d recommend this place only for dry cleaning.

This LARGE dry cleaners (and tailoring) is located at the corner of 17 & Arch. Great location for the Phoenix and nearby Comcast Center.
They have cleaned a few items for me at a good price and well done. They also cleaned and preserved my wedding gown. (Ouch — that price!!!)
I also had a zipper replaced on an expensive jacket. It cpst $ 35 to have the new zipper put in, which seemed really high to me, but iot was better than replacing the jacket. (Which would have been a few hundred bucks.)
Ladies who run the place are nice and the computerized systems helps ensure your stuff is really YOUR stuff.
