Phan Thao Nails

I went here today during my lunch break to have my gel polish removed and to get a manicure. I’m not a squeamish person and can handle some grime. All that to say that this place was pretty dirty. I noticed when I came in that the floor and the walls had visible dirt and dust piles. I should have walked out right away, but didn’t. The gel polish required soaking in acetone and when I was finished soaking, I watched in horror as the tech dumped the bowl of acetone that I used back into a bigger bottle in the back through a red funnel. Bits of my nails were floating in that bowl!!! Eeek! I have to admit that my nails do like nice, but I’ll be lucky if I don’t develop a health problem seeing that they reuse acetone. Stay away!
