As stated below, the selection at Shoe Woo is certainly limited, but their selection reflects the current trends and after feeling completely ignored at Aldo, the pleasant and attentive customer service was a plus. They give you honest opinions without making you feel self conscious and do their best to find the cutest, most comfortable shoe for you. I did not come across a shoe that was more than $ 115, and they’re currently offering 30% off so I was able to get a beautiful pair of platform pumps for $ 60. I will certainly be going back soon and would especially recommend it if you’re looking for a fun pair of going out shoes.

As everyone else has stated– the selection is limited — but majority of the shoes in there are on the trendier side. The staff has always been incredibly helpful — if you ask for a certain shoe, they’ll bring out an additonal 2 or 3 pairs for you to try on. Last time I went, they brought out several pairs that they thought I might like that were on sale! Great sales tactic– and got me to buy shoes I didn’t know I even wanted — but now love! The prices are fair and more often than not you can find some sort of sale going on.

The selection at ShoeWoo is a bit limited but their stock is definitely appealing for those interested in the trendy and super feminine. What impressed me most about ShoeWoo however was their service. I have never experienced more friendly and efficient customer service in my life… it was so great that I almost felt compelled to buy something simply because all the sales associates were so freakin’ nice. I managed to control myself this time around, but I will most definitely be dropping in every time I’m in the area from now on.

Really cute store with funky furnishing, but the shoe selections are a little limited.

OK, so Jones Group(As in Jones NY) who owns 9West, Enzo Angolini and many other brands, decided to rip out the 9 West in Liberty Place and replace it with«Shoe Woo» — the new concept that allows a variety of Jones brands to live together all in one store. Décor is cutesy and brand new — with a few rotating turntables that showcase lots of mid-priced platform heels, seasonal boots and others. My 6 year old thinks it’s paradise. Boy do they start early! Sale shoes range from $ 30 — $ 100 — not bad if you can find your size in a sale style you like.

Dear ShoeWoo, I know we just met but I think we have something special going. I was a little upset when I heard you were replacing 9West, but those electric-blue, peep toe pumps by Rachel Roy helped me get right over it. Conservative heels, bedazzled stillettos and reversible clutches… What’s not to love? And did I mention how pretty you were? Those white-hardwood floors and fuschia, patent-leather chairs serve as the perfect backdrop for all of the goodies that line your walls. One itsy-bitsy gripe… Between Boutique 9, Joan & David and the rest of the Jones Apparel lines, I thought I’d see at least one funky flat. Score me a few stylish shoes I can run around town in and we’ll be going steady in no time. xoxo, Kristyn
