I love this Starbucks location! The baristas are always so nice. I come here to study and am never disturbed by noise or anything else that’s distracting. It’s also close to the places I frequently go. (:

Despite this being in a terrible smelly location, I’ve actually had some of the best service here. Everyone who works there is SO super friendly and so informative. It feels like I’ve known them forever and I’m definitely not a regular. They are so helpful and so up to date with their products its almost mind blowing. They really must love the bean haha… Starbucks does such a great job with hiring. Kudos

ok so when i go to this Starbucks, on occasion, bonus points because I use the stairs and not the escalator — i feel welcome right away. The little cart/​stand underground just has a certain positive energy for me.
Anyway — my drinks always seem to be right, and delicious, and fairly quick for a busy location. Twice i was there and DeAsia heped me out — her warm smile and happy demeanor was enough to make my entire day!
FYI– its kinda small because its just a little coffee stop but it is in a great location and always well staffed. The staff is always pleasant and accommodating.
i will always come back here when i am around the area.

This Mini Starbucks is, by far one of the best I’ve ever been to. The staff is amazing. They’re bright and cheery amidst the dregs of the Gallery. They remember your name, your favorite drinks, little tidbits you share with them about yourself. They’ll even sing you happy birthday when you use your birthday reward! The staff really does make this store. Visit them!

This Starbucks pop-​up in the Gallery is one of only three reasons to ever being in the Gallery. The first is to avoid bad weather by walking underground between 8th-​11th streets and the second being the Mural Arts project.
While generally busy, the line flies at this location (hesitant to put this place on the map for that reason). The wait at the Starbucks at the Marriott on Market St. is always much much longer. The baristas here are great– they know all of their regular customers’ names and orders. They go out of their way to make sure that you’re satisfied with your order and if for any reason you’re not they make it up to you.
