I don’t really have much to say on this review. The dining area was clean, bathroom was decent. Staff were polite. As for the food… Well, this is definitely the place to go if you have complete disregard for your stomach lining. It’s doesn’t taste very good for a reason, folks. Yuck.

One of the worst buffets I have ever been to. Went to this place on a Saturday afternoon to grab lunch and was absolutely dissatisfied with the food. Food looked old and tasted the way or looked. Unfortunately I took a few bites but that was enough for me, paid for the Pepsi and left. I will never go here again. Beware !

It’s better than most Chinese buffet places. Food is flavorful. Really good crawfish and snow crab legs. They offer lobster on Sunday’s. I haven’t been there to try that though. $ 12.99 dinner

We were in the mood for cheap Chinese buffet and decided to give this place a chance despite the 2.5 ratings. First off, this place isn’t cheap for a cheap Chinese buffet. Its 13 dollars for dinner. Secondly, it says free drink refills on the menu but it actually is not. Thirdly, we thought itd be worth it because they have a sushi station, but that was deceiving because we went early and there were still only about 6 pieces left. Basicslly, this place has your standard 8 $ buffet food for $ 13.

Was thinking that it was a 3star but had to change it to a four. Quite mediocre but changed my mind since it was actually better and yummier than many restaurants in the vicinity. I’ve been to many buffets in many cities before which made this comparison a little unfair but I think it’s quite good for its price bracket. Will come again.

Worst buffet experience I’ve had in a long time. Food overall was mediocre. Service was horrible — manager was sleeping when I left and the waitress brought us water and then never came back — the dishes piled up and we didn’t get refills. Stay away from here — it wasn’t worth $ 13 for dinner.

This is about the third Oriental buffet to occupy this space. They seem to go further and further downhill with each iteration. Don’t get me wrong. For six bucks, you can find SOMETHING to eat here, whether it’s baked fish or fried chicken wings that will be worth the small price. However, once upon a time, you could count on going to the sushi station and finding some relatively fresh, simple nigiri. Eeel, shrimp, salmon, tuna etc. Now at dead noon, you will find nothing but the cheapest rolls, NO nigiri, and the trays maybe ¼ populated and not being replenished, The«Mongolian Barbecue» likewise, has been pared down to chicken or fake crabmeat. not even gristly beef or cocktail shrimp. Waitstaff does not know the meaning of «unsweetened» ice tea in English. Temperatures of many of the foods are kind of scary. Not a place I would really trust the raw clams. It’s a shame, because Oriental buffets with AYCE sushi are a guilty pleasure for me. This one is really close to my home, but I gave them three chances since the Grand Opening, and they have gone downhill progressively each time. I guess I’ll have to wait for the fifth iteration. Sometimes I wonder if they are really new owners, or if they just go under and re-open with a new name.

Food: Bad, really bad.(As a Asian food lover, I think their food taste like some bad quality food truck.) and not many choice for the food. Service:*** The waitress are ok. But ***Watch out*** they may count more tax on your bill. They did count more tax on our bill. I never have this kind of experience before. I don’t really care about that few bucks, but it really made my friends and I feel angry because of their not honesty. Ambience: Normal Chinese restaurant. It is still clean because they just opened few months. p. s. I won’t go there anymore. :(bad experience and food. God bless.

Food was better and fresher than expected. Service was worse than expected. Water refill? Not on your life.

Ehh, mediocre food at best. 3 stars because the staff actually went out of their way to let me know what was gluten free. I definitely appreciate that. The food selection is minimal, but they are very on top of swapping food out frequently. The guy loved it, but he’s in love with most Asian American buffets . They say they specialize in seafood but I hardly saw any? I was confused by this. Honestly we may go again. It’s a proximity thing and the guy liked it.

That was my first time at Tang Dynasty Buffet. As I heard from the staff, the restaurant just opened 3 weeks ago. Not too bad for a grand opening restaurant with huge traffic on Mother’s Day. The menu for Mother’s Day was very abundant. They had lobster, snow crab leg, stone crab, crayfish, etc. they kept«respawning» every 10 mins. I guess too many people does the job. I like their stone crabs, they were prepared very well.(some of you may know some buffet provide very«sand» taste of the stone crab) Sushi is another of my preferences. Tang’s Sushi are very various, many of them are very delicate and tasteful. I would say they are paralleled with many Asian Restaurants.(definitely better than Pei Wei’s) I like the one that uses soy paper, it is very good. Overall, I like their food a lot. I will be coming back.

Typical Chinese buffet, really. Despite getting there around 30 minutes after opening, some of the food looked like it had been sitting out for quite a while– sensitive things like fish, raw meat for stir frying, etc. The stir fry/hibachi I had did not have much flavour, despite asking for garlic and some type of sauce. Again, the meat for the hibachi had been sitting out too long– the beef was jerky-dry. The sushi seemed to be pretty fresh, however, and it was replaced a couple times during the hour or so that our party of 10 was there. If you have a party over 8, you will be split into two tables, so note that when bringing a group. Their desserts looked well put together, but I opted for fruit. Much of it was canned, but the fresh fruit was sliced recently, so no complaints there. All in all, the food sitting out as long as it did was not very comforting, and many of the dishes tasted like it, too. The things that were inviting did taste good, however. Not blown away, but good enough for jazz.
